Clean, Flexible Tool for Team Documentation
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is easy to use and extremely versatile. I mainly used it to create and share internal process and procedure docs. The interface makes it simple to format clean, professional-looking pages, and sharing with teammates or external users is seamless with link-based access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search can be frustrating if you're not sure of the exact terms to use. It sometimes takes a few tries to find the right page or section, especially in larger workspaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It centralizes team knowledge in one place. Instead of scattered docs and tools, Notion gave us a single, organized hub for internal workflows and reference materials. This made onboarding and collaboration much smoother.

Notion Review
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is one of the most versatile productivity tools I’ve ever used. It combines notes, docs, databases, wikis, calendars, project boards, and task lists into one clean, unified interface. You’re not locked into rigid templates—the flexibility is incredible.
I love how:
Everything is drag-and-drop and highly customizable.
It supports Markdown, slash commands, and real-time collaboration.
The database views (Kanban, table, gallery, calendar) make it easy to track projects or build internal tools.
It replaces a stack of tools (Google Docs, Trello, Evernote, Confluence, Airtable) with just one.
Plus, the design is minimal and intuitive, which makes it a joy to use daily.

What do you dislike about the product?
While I love Notion, it’s not perfect:
Offline access is limited—you need a consistent internet connection for full functionality.
For large teams or complex workflows, performance can lag (especially with very large databases or lots of embedded media).
It lacks robust permissions granularity compared to enterprise tools like Confluence or SharePoint.
There’s a learning curve for non-technical users who aren’t used to building systems from scratch.

Scattered Information & Tool Overload
Problem:
We used to rely on multiple disconnected tools—Google Docs for notes, Trello for tasks, Evernote for personal stuff, Confluence for wikis. It was chaotic, and information was hard to find or maintain.
How Notion Solves It:
Notion centralizes everything in one place: documents, databases, wikis, project boards, and notes—all easily linked together.
Benefit:
Reduces context switching between tools.
Saves time by having a single source of truth for everything.
Easier onboarding for new team members with centralized documentation.

Intuitive, comprehensive CRM/Database/Workflow tool
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is AI-powered, intuitive, and relatively easy to use. The system has vast functionality across CRM, databases, workflow management, to-do lists, etc. The system also lets you embed a lot of various data together which allows you to find everything in one place instead of creating different points for each thing.
