  • January 24, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's adaptability in capturing information. It's dynamic and kind of does it all, making it super simple to solve a wide set of problems in one interface. The setup was easy for someone who is technically curious but not fully technical and enjoys learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could better integrate ChatGPT with Notion pages, as the integration has never really worked well for me. Maybe it’s just user error. I’m not quite sure but I would like for it to be more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is great for capturing information and solving a wide variety of problems with its dynamic interface, simplifying everything in one place.

Seamless Organization and Meeting Management

  • January 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion very useful for keeping our startup aligned and essentially use it as a primary database for all our data. My favorite feature is the meeting summary tool, which was a significant factor in my decision to purchase the premium version. I also appreciate the organization that comes along with it. Notion acts like a virtual secretary in our weekly and daily meetings, helping to track main points and decisions. It's great to have everything summarized there for easy reference. Additionally, the initial setup had a learning curve, but with the AI chatbot's assistance, we managed to grasp it within less than a week.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion keeps our startup aligned, serving as the primary database for all our data. It organizes goals and tasks in one place and functions as a virtual secretary during meetings, tracking discussions and decisions.

Easy Access and Strong Documentation Features

  • January 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy-access and documentation features.
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating forms, you are limited by the 'question types' which makes it less functional to gather both qualitative and quantitative data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AI meeting notes and strong search capabilities would really benefit me. We use Notion as our single source of truth, so being able to connect it with our other tools to pull in and centralize data would be a game-changer.

Versatility and Powerful Centralization, But Needs Improvement on Mobile.

  • January 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the extreme flexibility of Notion. The ability to create a fully customized environment that perfectly integrates my study schedules for systems analysis and development with the technical management of JheyTech.Ai makes the software indispensable in my routine. The drag-and-drop interface makes it easy to quickly create an initial dashboard, and the software's flexibility allows me to adapt the environment to the needs of my internship and immigration plan. I appreciate the complete centralization that Notion provides, unifying college schedules and internship demands in one place. Furthermore, Notion is essential for structuring and documenting the technical development of my project in an organized manner, and it is the essential tool for tracking the complex steps of the immigration plan to Canada. The versatility is also a great advantage, efficiently replacing the use of various apps for finance, health, and technical notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Notion is extremely powerful, there are some aspects that can be frustrating in daily technical use. Performance on mobile: The mobile app is noticeably slower than the desktop version. For those who need agility to quickly update data while interning at the BBM group or the Jheytech.AI brand while on the go, the loading time of heavy pages can be bothersome. Limited offline mode: When I support offline, robust is a critical point. As I am planning my immigration to Canada, having guaranteed access to my documentation and study schedules, even without a stable connection (such as on flights or during commutes) would be a significant advantage. Learning Curve: For users who do not have a technical background, like my family members or colleagues from other areas, the tool can seem intimidating at first. The complexity of setting up formulas and database relationships requires a dedication of time that not everyone has.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion resolves the fragmentation of information, providing visibility in long-term projects. It centralizes my academic and professional life, documents codes, manages schedules, and ensures the structuring of projects and immigration planning in one place.

Building a Second Brain: How Notion Reduces Information Overload

  • January 22, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion has become our single source of truth. It allows me to centralize all our documentation, SOPs, and project notes in one place, replacing scattered Google Docs and spreadsheets. I love the hierarchical structure (nested pages) which makes it easy to drill down into topics without clutter.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a steep learning curve for new team members. Because it is so flexible, it can be overwhelming for people who are used to standard document editors. It takes time to train the team on how to use our templates and databases correctly so things don't get messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has become my “second brain,” helping me manage information overload. I use it to capture synthesized ideas, research papers, and important follow-ups in one well-organized system. In particular, using Notion AI and other frontier models to summarize and process this information ahead of time has been a game-changer. It has noticeably reduced my cognitive load, because I no longer feel like I need to keep everything in my head. The ability to quickly search, revisit, and review my notes also helps ensure that no valuable insight gets lost.

Simplistic Yet Robust for Team Collaboration

  • January 22, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for notes, team agendas, team collaboration, planning, and tracking execution against my plans. I appreciate its simplicity; while there's a lot of complex and complicated tasks possible within Notion, the basic interface is very simple and resembles traditional notebooks and note-taking methods. The ability to easily share notes and collaborate with colleagues in a straightforward way is valuable. I like using the AI recorder/note taker in team meetings, as it effectively memorializes meetings, action items, and ensures nothing gets missed. It naturally integrates with our existing workflow by storing notes and recordings in the same place as our own notes and plans, keeping everything synced and organized. The initial setup of Notion was very easy, essentially ready out of the box. We connect it with Zoom for recording and transcribing our notes, which works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since Notion can do so much, I admittedly haven't explored all of the different things it potentially could do for me. I'm sure I'm missing out on potential value by simply not knowing what all it can do. I think just an easy way to explore different options would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me share notes easily and collaborate simply. It organizes note-taking efficiently and, with the AI recorder, captures meeting details and action items, keeping everything synced and together.

Intuitive and Versatile, but Lacks Customization

  • January 22, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion for both work and personal use. It really helps me with organization, transparency, collaboration, and documentation. What I like most about Notion is its ease of use. It's intuitive and uncomplicated, which makes it especially easy to use. I love that it can be used as broadly or deeply as I need. Plus, it integrates with all the tools I use every day, like Slack, Google, Fathom, and Claude. The initial setup was so easy for me, and I'm likely to recommend Notion to a friend or colleague.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could visually zhuzh things up a bit more. It works for basics, but I'd like more color, font, and coordination options with less rigidity around page arrangements and structures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves organization, transparency, collaboration, and documentation challenges for my work and personal use.

Effortlessly Manages Tasks with Built-In AI

  • January 22, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion has an AI research assistant built into the tool, which allows me to do all my research in one place. It's handy because I use tools like ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot, and Notion AI gives me another perspective. It helps me achieve my goals faster by identifying gaps in my knowledge that I didn't know I had. The initial setup of Notion was also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I don't like!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for organizing everyday tasks and planning group activities. It helps me with brainstorming, structuring, and planning out tasks, covering all aspects efficiently.

Great for Note-Taking, But a Bit Complex

  • January 22, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion takes very detailed notes and is able to determine what's important, allowing me to focus on class without worrying about typing and spelling. I appreciate the note-taking feature the most. It also seems like a good place to organize and keep everything together for projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Notion too complicated. It feels like you have to be a computer programmer or something to use it. No one's gonna use it unless they know how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion lets me take detailed notes and focus in class by determining what's important and reducing the focus on typing and spelling.
