For day to day tasks it has replaced several other tools like docs, wiki, spreadsheets, etc. It also makes collaboration easier.

Notion feecbak from Marcel Gómez
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Notion overall I use it on a daily basis for personal things and work.
The platform is very easy to use and incredibly well organized. It helps me keep everything in one place, whether it's notes, projects, or documents.
Getting started with Notion was quick and smooth. The interface is intuitive, and setting up my workspace took very little time. Even as a new user, I was able to start organizing and building pages right away. There's a lot of flexibility to customize your workspace depending on your needs, whether you're using it solo or with a team.
Support has been generally good. The help center and documentation are very comprehensive, and on the few occasions I've reached out, the response was timely and helpful.
Notion integrates easily with other tools I use, like Google Calendar, Slack, and Zapier. It’s not a full replacement for every specialized tool, but its integrations make it easy to connect different parts of my workflow.

What do you dislike about the product?
The built-in AI doesn't always work as expected. Sometimes it gives vague or unhelpful answers, so I often find myself going back to ChatGPT when I need more accurate or in-depth assistance.
Also there's a bug that always annoys me, the cursor arrow dissapears when I have the bright background so it's a bit silly...

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me centralize all my work and personal organization in one place. Before, I was using multiple apps for note-taking, task management, and documentation, which made it hard to stay organized and find information quickly. Now, with Notion, I can manage everything from project planning to meeting notes and knowledge bases in a single, clean interface.
This has significantly improved my productivity and focus. It also helps me collaborate more efficiently with others, since we can share pages, assign tasks, and keep track of updates all in one place. The flexibility of the platform allows me to tailor it exactly to my needs, whether I'm working solo or with a team.

There is no function to list up all my todo list across pages
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the best knowledge and productivity tools available.
What do you like best about the product?
I use notion every day in both my personal and professional lives.
I like that way that AI tools are implemented to focus on what AI is good at doing and not replacing human creativity.
Integrations make it easy to be a knowledge hub to organize information flow between systems while maintaining a source of truth.
It's easy enough to implement, and very easy to onboard collaborators with very little training.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had more built in visualization tools like mind mapping and graphs. There are 3rd party tools, but they are far from seamless.
There is a little learning curve getting your projects set up initially and it can very easily become a chaotic mess (that's more on me than an actual issue with Notion)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documenting calls and meetings, tracking action items, knowledge base, project management.
It keeps projects documented and up to date, keeps everyone informed and collaborators organized.

Notion: aka Workplace Bible
What do you like best about the product?
It has all the information I could ever need about my company in one place. We joke that it is "the bible". Whenever someone asks a question, its always "did you look on notion" I love that my team has resources to learn and grow without me being with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like when I'm searching something it will only show the page with the exact title. I have also had difficulites with permissions and access to certain pages I need to do my job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m able to find SOP’s for different things at work easily and my team can research and learn our SOP's without me being in the clinic.
Hard learning curve. But amazing capability. And the best at what it does
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it does relational databases with many views
What do you dislike about the product?
Its lack of styling options makes it far more boring than it could be
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of building dashboards and databases for anything I want.
Fantastic team wiki and workflow planning system
What do you like best about the product?
Best in class tool to develop, house and run the companies operating system. Keep stakeholders aligned and everyone working towards the same goals
What do you dislike about the product?
Easy to pick up but some of the enhanced functionality like databases has a steeper learning curve
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alingment and engagement between stakeholders
