A Game-Changer for Knowledge Management
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is how it combines AI, organization, and search into one seamless workspace. The AI Writing Assistant helps me turn ideas into polished text quickly, the Knowledge Management tools keep everything organized in one place, and the Enterprise Search means I can find exactly what I need in seconds. It’s the only tool I’ve used that truly saves me time and makes my work feel more structured. Because of my job I use it every day to find information relevant to my role, it's the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t really have any dislikes. Since I mainly use it day-to-day, everything I need is already organized and easy to access.

Database and AI help
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is the countless ways you can use it, you are not boxed in by Notion!
What do you dislike about the product?
With an open canvas model, sometimes the templates are not as intuitive and creates more work on the front end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our projects and knowledge base is in notion, allowing us to rest assured we do not miss anything.
Notion is the best note-taking app I’ve used, and as a hobbyist writer, I’ve tried many.
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is my daily go-to app. Easy to start using and hard to go back to any other app. At work, I always encourage my team to choose Notion over any other tool. One of the best features I love about Notion is the ability to structure and design pages exactly how I want. When I need to create a long, detailed work document, visual hierarchy is essential for readability, and Notion allows me to achieve that. Whether it’s journaling, project management, a reading list, or my meal plans, I have templates for everything and I can even create my own. I can take notes on my phone while walking in the park if an idea pops into my mind, then later log in from my laptop to expand on it. Adding images is the cherry on top.
What do you dislike about the product?
Okay, so if I join a workplace, I can't leave it. It keep saying, 'You can't leave default workspace' and I don't know when I made it default workspace. Please, give me option to remove workspaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to have ideas, notes, and tasks split across multiple apps and sticky notes. Now everything is in one place. Most note-taking apps are just plain text. Notion lets me design my pages with headings, tables, and visual hierarchy, so big documents stay readable.
Quick, efficient service
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to research important topics with a variety of responses specific to my request.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to revise my search at times, to ensure the topic is correct
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensurance that I am following policy and procedures.

What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile editing and database filtering feel clunky compared to desktop.
Recurring tasks/reminders are basic without workarounds.
No true Gantt view or resource management out of the box.
Search can miss items in comments or older versions.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Evidence tracking headache → structured literature hub. I log articles with tags (design, level of evidence, key findings) and link them to slides/assignments for quick synthesis.
Time/rotation logging → instant rollups. Practicum hour logs and weekly summaries roll up automatically, simplifying reporting.
Collab friction → lighter coordination. Shared pages, comments, and @mentions keep my VA and partners aligned without long email threads.
Writing from scratch → faster drafts. Notion AI helps outline and summarize; I polish final versions before exporting.

Go-To Tool for Organization - Notion
What do you like best about the product?
From an ease of use standpoint, it's incredibly intuitive — you don’t need a technical background to get started. The drag-and-drop interface, keyboard shortcuts, and clean design make it easy to organize information the way you want. It’s flexible enough for power users but accessible for beginners too.
In terms of ease of implementation, setting up Notion for our team was straightforward. We were able to import existing documents, build custom templates, and onboard new team members without needing a formal training session. The learning curve is gentle, especially with all the guides and community templates available.
Customer support has also been solid. While I haven’t needed help often, the few times I reached out, the response was quick and helpful. Plus, there’s a strong community and a ton of online resources if you ever get stuck.

What do you dislike about the product?
I’d also say the mobile app experience could be better. It’s fine for viewing content or making small edits, but trying to do anything complex — like managing databases or editing detailed pages — can feel clunky on a phone or tablet. It’s definitely a tool that works best on desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I kept my notes in Google Docs, tracked tasks in Trello or Todoist, stored files in Google Drive, and managed project plans in spreadsheets or long email threads. Everything was spread across different tools, and jumping between them constantly disrupted my focus. Notion fixed that by giving me a single, all-in-one workspace where I can keep everything — from notes and tasks to calendars, wikis, and databases — all in one place. Just having everything centralized has saved me hours every week and made it way easier to stay organized.
