Very simple
What do you like best about the product?
We use notion for documenting projects. It is very helpful in formatting a project so it can live all in one place and I love how easy it is to collaborate with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like it for documenting and collaborating but I wouldn't use it for project management

It is very collaborative and easy to navigate from one project to the next and cite other pages within a doc

What do you like best about the product?
AI Writing Assistant helps boost productivity, their Knowledge Management tools centralize information, and the powerful Enterprise Search saves me countless hours looking for what I need.

Wish the 'undo' feature was just a one-click feature

What do you like best about the product?
Notion, especially Notion AI has been an incredible tool for boosting my productivity. The AI Writing Assistant helps me draft content quickly and efficiently, and the Knowledge Management features make it easy to centralize information. I also find Enterprise Search to be a time-saver. Highly recommend Notion AI for anyone looking to streamline their workflow and enhance collaboration. The AI capabilities truly enhance the overall experience, making it an essential tool for my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've noticed that sometimes the AI features and suggestions can feel a bit generic. And sometimes the search does not bring the content I am looking for.

Great tool but a bit confusing
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the simplicity of creating wiki pages. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to document and organize information. I use it every day and appreciate how quickly I can spin up new content without much hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the overall experience is smooth, working with tables can be frustrating. The ease of use tends to drop off when editing or formatting tables, which can interrupt the otherwise seamless workflow.

Notion helps me keep all my information organized in one place, whether it’s documentation, notes, or project plans. Instead of jumping between multiple tools, I can centralize everything, which saves time and keeps my workflow much more streamlined.

Good interface, intuitive building blocks makes it easy to write big docs and collaborate

Table is not properly supported. You can’t do as much with tables as google sheets

It is a great documentation tool that helps me organize stuff both privately and in the company.

Ease of connecting pages/databases, markdown text, mentioning links, tagging people. It helps us a lot.

Professionally -> I'd like more features with database formuals

Documentation and managing projects mostly. Also plannings and OKRs are great to track within.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is the task data base and being able to connect it to notion calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
It gets to complicated if you want to build stuff. You would have to buy a template to be able to have a nice notion page. I wish they made more free templates and also easy integration.

Just organization for me so far. I use it to keep track of my task and also for notes sometimes.

we have a massive playbook at work which holds a lot of information, I can search this super quickly and use it as a point of reference on calls
