What do you like best about the product?
User complaints for the app can be easily analyzed with UserExperior. It saves time and effort in asking users what went wrong.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found any downside in using UserExperior.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are troubleshooting user complaints. It is easier and faster to replicate user complaints. The need to ask users to detail their complaints has reduced.

What do you like best about the product?
Having the capability to see user behavior and keep a check on anything that is affecting user experience. When something unexpected happens, we can see it right away instead of reproducing it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more product metrics UserExperior. It can have a deeper integration with Firebase or BigQuery to pull data for more exhaustive analytical capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying user behavior, troubleshooting for user complaints, UI/UX research, etc helps us address digital experience problems on our app.

What do you like best about the product?
1. The detailed Interaction analysis for actions, unresponsiveness and crashes.
2. Recordings for every funnel session - helps to understand what issue the user is experiencing.
3. Great and helpful customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard can be made a bit more interactive with more filters added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used this app to analyze user behavior on different screens. It helped to get a better understanding of crashes and bugs by giving detailed insights. It also helped us to understand user behavior and what feature gets the most attention. This in turn helped us to increase our revenue by a significant amount with more than 90 percent customer retention.

What do you like best about the product?
Dashboard charts help in navigating through the important user recordings that can help us in identifying the issues. A targeted pathway is always helpful while going through huge datasets
What do you dislike about the product?
User recording section is kind of a dump where finding useful information becomes very difficult. Dashboard has right pathways but we can utilise this section as well by having better filters and views

For us, we try to find the optimum user journey for new features in our app through UserExperior. UserExperior is helping us by identifying major ANRs and user interactions where user are getting stuck

Best tool for analysing user experience

What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding experience of Userexperior was simple and done in a few minutes. Data was populated the very next minute. As a product designer, the heatmap feature helped my team and clients to get a deeper understanding of users' interactions, frustration areas, and clicks which led to users dropping. The platform has been a great help in data-driven optimisation in designs. User recording is one of the best features for understanding user's patterns inside the app and its ability to track the ANR and crashes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app provides a data-rich experience, but keeping time constraints in mind, it would be a good-to-have feature to include precise and short reports for faster consumption of data at one glance. eg. Graphical representation of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Analysing user behaviour
2. Determining the Pain points.
3. Heatmaps allow designers to figure out the spots that grab more or less attention.
4. optimising design based on data-rich analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
Awesome Technical Support.
Detailed report - Great tool to analyze the user journey and where they are getting stuck or facing issues.
The user experience is pretty good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notifications are not instant as it doesn't ensure us to take prompt action. Integrations with the communications tools is missing. Apart from that everything is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a early-stage startup we wanted to test the user experience and with UserExperior it has become much easier for us to track user issues at an ease. It helps us identify issues and resolve them at the earliest.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Recommended to any kind of B2C Tech startup.

What do you like best about the product?
Session recordings and heatmaps have been extremely helpful in identifying crashes, ANRs, UI/UX improvements, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides as such, but I would recommend the team to keep adding and enhancing the features as they do currently
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us in identifying some very small but critical dropoff areas and bridging that gap for our users. We are really happy to have found them as it would have been nearly impossible to do so without having the session recordings and understanding what's wrong.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Video captures of movement of the user on the app with multiple filters.
1. Consolidated report to identify the app crashes and user pain points.
2. Finally their support is available anytime for the walkthrough.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Sometimes the website doesn't respond due to the excess amount of recordings captured.
2. Crash report emails are going into spam
3. Dashboards are confusing and no differentiation is there. All dashboards look the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've rolled out the alpha version for a different set of users. With UserExperior we can identify where the users are getting stuck and which UI needs an improvement. It's a good alternative for crashlytics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For any organization who has a mobile application of any size, User Experior helps a lot to identify the user behavior on the app. Recommended for any organisation.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Very good summarized analysis on where the users got dropped off.
2. Excellent technical support from the UserExperior team.
3. The recordings and geographical wise bifurcation is added advantage by which we can understand the friction in the app
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Crashlytics dashboard can be improved.
2. UI can be improved as all the dashboards are confusing, they can differentiate with different color codes or dashboard styles.
3. More filters can be added to sort out the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Userxperior, we are able to figure out where the users are unable to figure out the next step. The heatmap is helping us to tweak the user flow accordingly and analyze the highest usage of any feature.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend UserExperior for a growing mobile app to figure out where the users are lagging and enhance the flow accordingly.
