Easy to use and saves several hours of support time

What do you like best about the product?
UserExperior is easier than other app analytics tools. We loved the simple and intuitive interface. The support has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major to dislike but I would recommend the team to keep improving and building new features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using UserExperior to understand behavioral patterns on our app’s UI, that’s mostly button click data. The highest benefit was reduction in support resolution time. Our support team could look at the session replay videos and resolve the complaints faster.

Best Heatmap Analytics for Mobile Apps

What do you like best about the product?
We used heatmap analytics to understand where our users interacted on the app screen, what caused user frustration and confusion. The powerful insights from the UserExperior heatmap tool enabled us to get instant areas of improvement in the usability of the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that we remember but there are always areas of optimization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are an app used by users in the medical fraternity across different geographies, one of our challenges was to understand if our product is usable and if there were any usability issues our users experienced while using the app. When we introduced UserExperior’s heatmap tool into our mobile app, it started providing instant insights into our app’s usability and helped our design teams to quickly identify UI bottlenecks such as Rage interactions, user confusion etc..

Excellent tool for user experience analysis

What do you like best about the product?
The analytics for app UI is pretty good and gives good insights. UserExperior is the tool we usually use the most apart from Firebase analytics because the data is complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can have more control for crash and error alerting notifications. Right now you only get email alerts. The alerts can have more features like a Slack integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using UserExperior mostly for tracking user behavior on UI and to check if there are any glitches. Apart from that the most important thing to use is for replicating issues reported on customer support.

What do you like best about the product?
UserExperior has brilliant tools to analyze your app user behavior and improve UX. The customer support has also been great!
What do you dislike about the product?
While the UI is simple and easy to use it looks a bit bland to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Get more visibility into how users use our mobile app and analyze crashes and bugs.
