What do you like best about the product?
I've been using UserExperior for some time now, and I must say, it's absolutely fantastic! I would definitely recommend it to all my friends and colleagues. This tool has been a lifesaver when it comes to tracking what people do in our app and giving us super helpful insights into user behavior.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, to be honest, there isn't much I dislike about UserExperior. However, if I had to point out a minor inconvenience, it would be the occasional delay in data processing.
ALso the dashboard can be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UserExperior is solving a whole bunch of problems for me, and it's been a total game-changer! First off, it helps me track what users are doing in my app, giving me some seriously awesome insights into their behavior. This means I can make smarter decisions when it comes to optimizing my app and making it more user-friendly.
I now have a much better understanding of how people interact with my app, and that's helped me make some killer improvements.

What do you like best about the product?
The user journey tracking helped us to analyse the entire user journey across multiple sessions. With this utility, we identified bottlenecks, dop-off points and implemented trageted improvements.

I would recomend to anyone seeking to gain a competitive edge through a data-driven approach to enhance user experience.

I don't see any negative side of the application.

What do you like best about the product?
Heat maps is an awesome tool and can help us during our UI development, it also a great way to drilldown further and check videos
What do you dislike about the product?
Funnel could be improved a bit, we like the way funnel is created in clevertap a similar functionality would be great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
while creating the ui it help us to place the CTA, because of the heatmap we can identify a lot of things for example for secondary and teritary button we identified which one is the better and why

What do you like best about the product?
UserExperior gives better insight into customer behaviour. It provides detailed information about customer pain points.

If the alerting system has been built, it would be beneficial for multiple clients

Why the customer conversion decrease or not scaling up at the specific point? Is it a design issue or a technical issue, or a content issue? UE will give better insight into this.

The tracking system is session-based rather than user-based, offering limited flexibility in user-specific tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about the tool is it's easy to integrate and use for any developer which makes it more effective with couple of lines of code you already integrate it seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Was waiting for the out of app screen recording feature which will be available soon as promised by the UE team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To understand the user point of view and where they are facing issue with real time videos was really helpful.

Video recording with masking sensitive data and event tracking
What do you dislike about the product?
UserExperior should build something for server side , although server events are not bread and butter for UE but developer or any person for that matter could get sense of what is happening throughout user journey

Userexperior is giving us sense of what is really happening with end users where the same information we couldnt identify easily from Different monitoring tools

What do you like best about the product?
I like the Feature in UserExperior screen recording of the APP and classification of the different modules to help the issue in which Area.
Sending the report daily on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we did not get a recording in real-time when the client was using the app., so we did not find the solution to the issue
when we logged out and logged in to the app again and then found the recording.
So please look into this on priority

Most of the time we are facing issues with the client app crashing and the screen being stuck,so with the help of UserExperior, we found the problem and where is issue was coming

What do you like best about the product?
Helpful and results-oriented approach. They helped with all our problems. They helped us with our demo account. It is one of the most ideal tools for observing user sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases, the screens of the sessions may be displayed incorrectly. No feature to stamp and annotate sessions. Records are deleted after 1 month. In general, it would be wrong to say that it is very bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us understand users. It helps us debug errors.It allows us to improve the bad experience. Heatmaps make it easy to understand screens. Funnels work great too.
