What do you like best about the product?
UserExperior helps the business to understand the customer mindset set what customer wants and allows us to analyse the gap between the product and the customer in a more visual form
What do you dislike about the product?
UserExperior is quite costly in comparison to other available options in the market. There should be more features to capture the session country-wise or to selected screen-wise
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help to analyse the customer behaviour & user experience, Easy to integrate other third-party tools, advanced analytics capabilities with visual sessions

What do you like best about the product?
DevRev bridges the gap between our developers and customers effortlessly. It’s been a game-changer for our Product-Led Growth at UpperInc. What I like most is the minimalist, intuitive, user-friendly interface and my entire support and dev. team love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
While DevRev offers a built-in CRM that allows for creating customer records, its capabilities are currently limited. We find ourselves needing to use an additional CRM, like Freshdesk, to fully manage and store our customer data. This means our sales team has to juggle multiple platforms, which isn't ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DevRev has been a solid addition to our toolkit. Before, it felt like our developers and customers were in different worlds. We were constantly juggling customer issues, trying to manually pass them over to our dev team—it was a real chore. Now, with DevRev, it’s like we’ve built a straightforward path between our customers and developers. Customer issues now naturally flow into our development priorities, saving us a good deal of time and hassle. It’s helped our Product-Led Growth strategy at UpperInc become more of a reality. It’s a tool that’s become integral to how we work, without being over-the-top.

What do you like best about the product?
Screen recordings with issue tags. Helps quick understanding of what our users are going through.
What do you dislike about the product?
We could get some help to filter out recordings only with issues, which will help to get to issues quickly. Also, easier integration with instrumentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping realise pain points, rage taps on particular screens faces by users on scale.

What do you like best about the product?
The Rage Tap feature has been one of our best rolled-up metrics.

We primarily use this tool to understand how feature discovery and adoption is happening within the app ecosystem and so far, it has fit the requirement extensively
What do you dislike about the product?
Slicing data using event property would be a welcomed feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Identification of drops in a journey
- Capture of inadequate UX

Best tool for PMs to understand user journey after effect

What do you like best about the product?
It helps to understand PMs whether the flow designed is helping their users in the right direction or not, it also allow or enables to check the responsiveness of apis and speed. Some of the cool features are Heatmap analysis, funnel to check drop off and api responsive speed or letting know the type of error customer faced.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not I could think off but surely one thing I see or look forward is allowing events to track server driven events also.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Their feature like Heat map and api responses time helps to solve the optimisation problem, also if any device issue is being faced it now becomes easier to know the mobile details to debug the issue faster

What do you like best about the product?
1. The recordings that you provide help us to understand what user likes to do and how they like to proceed.
2. Integration part is very easy.
3. The videos getting recorded are good but found it bit difficult to get the exact video that I am looking for. Tried using filters as well but no result.
4. I was able to track some of the ANR's.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Sometimes the video length is too short.
2. I was not able to get the exact video even after applying the filters.
3. UI needs some work, it seems a bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Track user behavior.
2. Solving the ANR's.
3. Was able to enhance the app as per user experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Provides insights into user behaviour on landing pages. Places where the interactions need to be changed, loading screens to be added etc. Helps in observing how the end user is interacting with your application & make the changes necessary to reduce friction points & tweak design language & UX if needed.
Also, one of the best tools to identify rage taps & track a metric that deals with user frustration
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a heavy software & have to send out as part of a very small base so as to not impact overall app load times & other things which can make one worry about sampling bias
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps in observing how the end user is interacting with your application & make the changes necessary to reduce friction points & tweak design language & UX if needed.
Also, one of the best tools to identify rage taps & track a metric that deals with user frustration

What do you like best about the product?
You get to see how exactly users interact and spend time on your app through the recordings.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some sessions which do not get recorded.
Also, there is currently no feature to fine recordings for specific use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me understand user interaction and the different errors/pain points that user faces.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that UserExperior is a comprehensive digital experience monitoring tool that helps us to understand and optimize the user experience for our mobile app. It has helped us to identify the Production incident with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have integrated UserExperior in our Flutter app as well, and there are limited customisation options. If offered more flexibility, it can enhance the overall usability of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UserExperior solves the problem of gaining deep insights into user behaviour and interactions with our app. It allows us to identify usability issues, optimize user journeys, and improve overall user experience. This benefits us by enhancing our understanding of user needs, increasing user satisfaction, solving Production bugs and driving better business outcomes.

What do you like best about the product?
I use UserExperior in flutter. It was easy to integrate and very helpful for my company
What do you dislike about the product?
There were some issues in the flutter SDK of UserExperior, web_view_in_flutter does not align with UserExperior.

To identify bugs in the application UserExperior is really helpful
