The go to solution for Product Roadmap
What do you like best about the product?
The way insights and ideas can not just be be captured, that they can then be used to influence the roadmap through prioritisation activities, and all in a clean UI, just made it stand out from the crowd.
Then the link to/from a development tool like JIRA or ADO, provided a gateway to a true Product roadmap, by detaching from the feel of creating a delivery plan.

What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, nothing comes to mind. The solution is so flexible, that whilst improvement re always needed to any platform, and Productboard are regularly making them, right now, this solution is very much on point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productboard allows you to build a true Product Roadmap, so you're less likely to fall into the trap of crafting a delivery plan. With a great UI, every user can quickly see the roadmap and vision, and align to the items in that journey. Customer insight is so integral, that this raises the bar for the perception of the impact insights can have.

What do you dislike about the product?
One potential drawback of Productboard is its pricing, which may be considered expensive for small businesses or individual users. However, the comprehensive features and value it provides often outweigh this downside for larger organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It benefits me by streamlining prioritization, collaboration, and strategic planning, leading to enhanced productivity, alignment, and successful product execution.
Powerful, flexible and great support
What do you like best about the product?
Productboard allows me to keep track of all my features but more critically, the customer feedback and insights that assign value to those features. The prioritization tools that take advantage of that source data as well as our ability to map effort vs. value helps me feel more confident about the decisions we make. The support team has always been responsive, plus they have an excellent product management community. The Portal feature is really cool both from a standpoint of using it to get feedback on our stuff but also using their portal to see where they are headed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor downsides like the filtering capability of the Salesforce integration (couldn't do it by a date field at the time of this writing) and maybe the Chrome extension where I can only add notes by person not by company with it. Overall though these are very minor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We might end up spending a ton of resources on the wrong things. This tool can help make sure you are investing in the right area of your product. Being able to come back and quantify the impact can really help with that.

Intuitive interface. Easy to use. Easy to set up.

I do not like that I have not had a chance to explore all the Productboard features. I believe there is a lot more value.

Prioritizing the development requests. Productboard makes decision-making a breeze.

What do you dislike about the product?
- This is rather a suggestion for a future feature, but I am missing a more deliberate representation of personas or target users
- Also, the timeline labels sometimes overlap when zoomed out.
- I would like to be able to place labels, notes and annotations on the timeline.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it extremely easy to create flexible timelines to be presented to the team. Also it allows more clarity and insight into individual features and why we are working on them.
There is no better way to collect, store, and categorize insights.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how insights can easily be collected and then stored with a potential problem or solution. This allows for quick storage that is effective. When insights are stored in Productboard and attached to a solution from my product managers, I can rest knowing it has been considered.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the UI features take some getting used to, but once you are over the hump, it is a very effective UI.

Collecting insights, categorizing potential solutions, ranking best solutions, taking action, communicating roadmap to the organization.

We love the flexibility of the different view for engineering, product and design.

What do you dislike about the product?
Presentations could be a bit better - meaning that I still have to use Google Slides, etc. to present to a larger audience.
I'm not sure how you get around this, but I'd love to see opportunities to streamline this in the future.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Really helping us get higher-level with our roadmap and be able to communicate the "right level" of information to product and techology leaders, so we can inform the rest of the company.
Very complete product management tool (in the broadest sense of the word management)

Easy story/ticket creation with good visualization options
Features hierarchy works great, together with the roadmap setup and configurable views.
In general, the (remote) collaboration enabled through Productboard is very well set up

What do you dislike about the product?
In regards to not being a Product/Tech driven organization, the collaboration value is limited to our organization and, therefore relatively too expensive for the usage of a higher plan with OKRs tooling (which I love using).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of visibility and collaboration on our roadmap and running issues. Productboard helps to create visibility and transparency on the future path our product is heading.

I love the matrix view but it is limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing feedback and easily pushing to backlog, one backlog multiple roadmap views. It made my entire team more productive by saving us all time.
Product Board is a Game Changer for Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to integrate this into third-party programs like Intercom! This has completely changed the way our PMs tracked and filtered feature requests and confusion-based questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything that I dislike. The product is fantastic!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without productboard we had too much information and tagging that was all over the place, Product Board completely fixed that! All data and details are saved securely in one place for the team.

What are you waiting for? I highly recommend getting started! A fantastic product and team to support you. It'll completely change the way that you engage and use products!
