Must to have for your Product management and Strategic Planning of your product
What do you like best about the product?
I am using the Productboard from more than a year. The beauty of it that you can have complete tracks of your all Notes. You can do the tagging, create custom status, define severities. I can have my own personal Feature Board and also Team Feature Board. I am really thankful for the Productboard to organize my all Notes at one place and help me to groom my Product backlog and Prioritization. It also provides integration capabilities, so my field facing team or customer they can raise their feedbacks or any issues. I have enabled the automations based on keywords, so those all topics belongs to me automatically come into my Insight Board (Assigned to me).
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, you can easily start your journey with Productboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a product manager, I always look for more data and information from multiple sources to plan new features for my product. New feature request can come from multiple sources i.e. customer, field facing teams, presales, enginerring team etc. It is not easy to get these all infromation on mails or over call or on messaging tool. Productboard provides an interfaces to all my sources to raise their request as notes and that automatically assigned to me. I can easily keep the track of these request. I can validate those requests and add into my product planning. Productboards helps me to give a clear visiblity to define my product roadmap and decision making.

Love this for any product team
What do you like best about the product?
Productboard is the one source of truth that allows the team to know exactly what each product team is working on and building towards.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information is not always organized in the most effective way and it takes a lot of time for someone on our team to organize. Additionally, the tools do not allow us to make big changes easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
ProductBoard is incredibly flexible and allows for a high level of customization. The user interface is exceptionally clean and, in my opinion, ProductBoard is quite intuitive to use. It strikes a good balance by providing ample customization options without overwhelming complexity. One of its main benefits for me is the ability to prioritize my development tasks effectively. By gathering feedback from the customer support team, I can classify it into relevant job stories and easily reach out to the appropriate user to investigate specific topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most significant aspect for me is the performance. Occasionally, certain sections of the user interface can feel a bit slow when there are numerous items displayed, causing delays in clicks. It would also be more convenient if the Drivers feature were accessible at the lowest pricing level. There are some notable features that are currently missing, which would greatly enhance the product. These include CRM integrations, an API, and a proper Zapier integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Productboard, we can finally steer our product to the features that have the greatest impact. We used to feel little lost, re-creating roadmaps every month, spending a lot of manual labor in spreadsheets, and guessing what matters. We can now cooperate on a single roadmap with proof of what is truly important.

What do you like best about the product?
Reputation assigns certain categories to our dealership based on where we surpass expectations and where we need to improve. It gives us insight into where we should focus our time and work to make the client experience a 10/10. The platform is simple to use and offers many useful features, such as a dashboard for quick access to your reviews and Google traffic, a quick way to request reviews and a plethora of Reports that you can create and personalize.
What do you dislike about the product?
The technology itself is adequate, but it takes weeks to implement new programs via their customer care team, and you do not have direct contact with an account manager. You can only leave voicemails on a generic line and send emails to a generic email address. It is impossible to aggravate problems. Sometimes connections fail and we discover that a random Instagram account is no longer connected, which is inconvenient. Furthermore, it is difficult to understand how to rejoin accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reputation is allowing me to devote more attention to other business marketing initiatives. Now that I spend less time studying reviews, I have more time to do other things. Reputation has been beneficial in increasing our brand's web exposure. It manages our internet reputation across several media, ensuring that we constantly present a positive image. This has increased the visibility of our brand, brought in more consumers, and improved the overall performance of our firm.

I really like that Productboard helps decide what features are most important and makes creating products smoother. It’s great for listening to what customers want and planning products to meet their needs. You can also see how the product changes over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s hard to change the settings in Productboard how you want them, which can make it tough to get your work set up right. It’s also not very easy to sort through a lot of information because the filters aren’t great.

Productboard helps manage how products are made. It puts all the customer feedback in one place and helps pick the best features. This makes sure the product is what people actually want. It’s also really good for keeping everyone involved in the loop.
