Worst shit I've ever used.
What do you like best about the product?
It is somewhat functional by means of delivering simple files and content to students.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Mobile App: Complete rubbish. Critical bugs while taking tests (e.g. images not displaying at all) haven't been fixed for a decade and continues to struggle students to even make simple actions done in the mobile app. Not using native UIs at ALL. Look at what Canvas is doing? And please explain why everytime the one refreshes or even goes into the app, the order of courses shuffles randomly. This is unbelievable. Hard to believe a product that lives in 2023 doesn't even get to the bottom line of mobile app experience. A student toy project probably has more UX considerations than yours.
- Web UI: UI on smaller screens are nearly unusable by the poorly designed and implemented sidebars. And you don't use flyouts for contents like courses. If the one accidentally hit that wide overlay area while taking a quiz then you are done for your life. Worse design ever seen.
- Calendar: Simply broken and unusable. Sometimes all events within (one or more randomly chosen) calendars just simply gone.

It delivers content from professors digitally to me, and that's all I can say.

Seamless Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Very organized and easy to use, specially when you get so used to it. Also I like the assessment feature because there's a lot of option. Embedding of website is very seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe you will get overwhelmed the first time, I mean its quite intimidating to use at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's more of the assessment features and it helps us provide better alternatives for our questions and it lessens the chances of cheating.

The best is it being centralised hub for managing all the course material and userfriendliness. I also liked its discussion board and messaging and mobile accesibility.

It takes long time to load, also sometimes, serves outages create distortion during lectures.

I like that it acts like an LMS with a huge amount of features for creating quizes and assignments mak8ng it more easier as you just add the content and then create all the other stuff on the platform.
Also all the content can be easily exported and reused which is amazing.
And I really like their quick support if there’s any problem.

It requires a kind of full hands on training for some teachers and managers as its features are not easily detected by anyone who is not a tech-savvy.
Also I think they must add the ability to disable some features for the instructors by the supervisors to prevent confusion.

Blackboard learn is an interesting platform for both online and offline learning.Here the most important feature is to conduct online tests and also helps instructors to deliver their lectures in best way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing which i dislike is that it sometime gets down and we are unable to access our studies like we can attend classes or submit any assignment and also restricted to talk to the instructors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Somestimes its difficult to learn something online but with the hlep of blackboard we are connected to highly qualified teachers and they try their best to transfer concepts through logistically work on this blackboard.
The Online learning becomes easy.

I loke most the online assignment checking and grading system. The results can be hidden from the students. The whole algorithm is very easy to understand and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Mobile app need improvement. There are a lot of bugs like in the beginning there is log in issue. Then there is issue with grading the students. Also similarly the lagging issue is also a main concern. However, web version is fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very helpful in teaching the students virtually. The online assignments and the Marking the grades are also very convenient. Overall this changes the teaching ways.
