What do you dislike about the product?
It's a small team hence it would take sometime for product suggestions to be implemented
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- We're able to test new features
- Test in production
- Building segments for new releases

Robust and very powerful open source tool
What do you like best about the product?
I highly appreciate Flagsmith for its user-friendly interface, which allows for managing feature rollouts progressively and updating feature flags and configurations in real-time, eliminating the need for application redeployment. These capabilities are crucial for minimizing risks, saving time, enhancing team collaboration through integrations with popular tools, and ultimately, improving overall application performance. The fact that it's an open source tool is a bonus!
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not a major issue, but while the documentation is thorough, there can be a bit of a learning curve for team members who are new to feature flagging. However, the Flagsmith team have been extremely helpful in helping navigate this

Great feature flagging service!
What do you like best about the product?
- Free tier (it's really important for me in the early stages, when I start generating revenue I wouldn't hesitate to switch to paid plan)
- Really nice React.js API, great examples to get you up to full speed
- Easy way to create and manage flags

What do you dislike about the product?
Really minor, but it feels that UI could be a bit more compact to my liking
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiding unfinished features from users, being able to test new features without impacting users
Simple, powerful feature flag tool that works out of the box
What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly easy to add a new flag that immediately propagates across all of your environments. The identity and segment overrides work out of the box and their API latency + webhooks have made working with a third party have 0 risk to our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some small improvements I'd make but overall it's great.
1. Deleting my identity overrides is a bit tedious - wish I could clear them all from a flag at once.
2. I'd love to provide flagsmith with my customer name to ID mapping - when I'm looking at a flag it's nice to see the customer names.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we roll out a new feature we rely on flagsmith to slowly enable it for new customers
Easy setup and installation, but could do with better role / permission management
What do you like best about the product?
Installation, documentation, and easy navigation to see which features are enabled or disabled.
What do you dislike about the product?
A higher user limit and permissions specification per project and environment. There could also be a friendlier way to pull down JSON feature data values.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trunk-based development; we are able to release from the same branch whilst features are still in development. AB testing has also been useful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure you understand when Flagsmith is invoked to avoid race conditions
A very good an tech-conscientious/agnostic approach to features-flagging
What do you like best about the product?
easy to use sdk and great documentation. also very good support staff available 24/7
What do you dislike about the product?
some sdks for some languages are getting "rot"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we can use it for feature flagging. full stop - bottom line
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a useful service and easy to use sdk if you need off-site feature flagging
Excellent free feature flagging product
What do you like best about the product?
Free and open source. Nice UI and has worked every time and been rock solid.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI is a bit cluttered. It also persistently displays setup information long after I've set it up, so that can be quite annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Separating deploy from release. I've been able to test things behind feature flags and roll it out to more people.
Flagsmith Review
What do you like best about the product?
I liked from an interface that we have to manage feature flags, the roles and groups that you can create and the all of integrations with we have to use flagsmith. Other thing that's coll is that you can open pull requeststo improve the clients. I have made this to improve node client to have typescript integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have like the documentation and how hard it is to to to integrate and create feature flags via rest APIs. I think that flagsmith needs to improve this to only use one token to integrate with the the rest API. Also, segmentations and things like this are hard to use on web interface. Is hard to understand and explain the interface to nondevs people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I try solve feature flags problems like active a entire feature for all customers. I dont have tried send traits to flagsmith. But i really like to have a grafic interface to send for my PMs and POs who feature flag is actived and who is not actived.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Enhance documentation to have an easy link to swagger. Devs really like to swaggers and to know what they can do
Great feature flag service
What do you like best about the product?
Basic feature flags are easy to implement yourself, but if you want all the bells and whistles, it actually ends up being a significant effort to get right. With flagsmith, you will have segments, A/B testing, integrations with analytics engines out of the box. The service is also very reliable, we have been using it for years and have never been affected by any outages.
The SDK are also very easy to work with, and in the few cases we have needed changes, the team have been open to accepting PRs.

What do you dislike about the product?
We would really like a slack integration to get more visibility on when feature flags are flipped. Everything is of course stored in a log, but it might not be the first place you check when you start getting error reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use flagsmith for all of our feature flag needs in our react and react-native applications. We have integrated flagsmith with our analytics provider, and use it for running A/B tests.
