Sometimes platform was very slow, this might be due to the sandbox environment, guess it will be good enough in production environment.

I like how easy and intuitive it is to use the XO platform.

There are some bugs and glitches I found in the plaform sometimes, also the model takes too much time to train sometimes, I would really like this to get better with time.

The platform is fully customizable and is powered by 3 Ai engines to support all conversational needs. The software development lifecycle is fully supported with batch testing capabilities. Has lots of native integrations to channels and enterprise applications.

Given the breath of the platform, it may become a bit difficult to use and implement.
