Great innovations for A/B testing solutions.
What do you like best about the product?
The team I work with has great innovations shared on new opportunities. I work with them on some of the new programs they have before they slate it out to the rest of their clients. They request for feedback for how the program can be of better use from a client perspective so that the program can become a better tool for other users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't currently have any dislikes about Qubit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Merchandising, the A/B tests that we're utilizing are showing if there are any successes with pushing up or down products. There aren't any significant data to show at the moment but the data we do have is still helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Coding platform user interface, API resources
What do you dislike about the product?
Results analys is poor within the platform, there is a lack of segmentation options
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qubit is our A/B testing and personalization tool, helping us to show relevant content to our users
A great tool that delivers positive conversion and revenue uplift from a solid A/B test platform.
What do you like best about the product?
Qubit provides an easy to use interface meaning managing tests is quick and easy. Viewing results is also super efficient meaning we can quickly view the performance of a test and make strong business decisions off the back of this.
The interface also has a clear layout with live, paused and archived sections. This helps me as a user easily manage the amount of tests I am running with a clear boundary between where my tests live.
Another area I like within Qubit is the level of detail available when analysing each test on its own. It is great to be able to see splits by device to really understand where any A/B test is performing well or not so well.

What do you dislike about the product?
A dislike is the 15 minutes processing time sometimes required to refresh the results of a test as this means results cannot be viewed instantly.
A further dislike was the new "power" setting which I found harder to interpret as oppose to the old feature.

Qubit has helped resolve problems we had with pricing for the customer. Using a strong A/B test idea Qubit helped to bring to life a new pricing strategy on site which included displaying the actual code price for our promotions. This helped us realise the benefit of a substantial lift in conversion and revenue per visitor from this A/B test.
Further problems Qubit have helped solve include leveraging our promotion messages to more visible areas on the website through using Qubit fired banner. Again, similar to the test above this had a positive uplift on our KPI's and so drove strong incremental gains for us.

What do you like best about the product?
There are many things which I like about Qubit, first of all is the people - we have a supportive team at Qubit who we meet with biweekly as well as various strategy meetings throughout the year. In addition to the people, I like the ideas and creativity which their people bring to the table, their forward-thinking attitude of things we could try as a business is inspiring! As well as their own ideas, they also appreciate and will help us deliver anything we want to, Qubit are focused and driven to help us achieve our strategic objectives so will always support us on any plans which help us to achieve this. I enjoy the new things which Qubit want us to try, its great that their ideas align with our plans so we're all working on the same end goal! Qubit also have a brilliant support team, whether its the support team themselves or the sheer amount of support documents available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing would be the communication, I think this could be improved to help us manage our business expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are many things we're working on with Qubit, across personalisation and recommendations especially. Qubit are great for noticing an opportunity or problem and therefore using their software to fix these issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider what you want to achieve, it is good to have your own plans of what you want to achieve as together with Qubit and their team you will be able to achieve your strategic goals.
A great universal tool to have
What do you like best about the product?
The people! The wide variety of offerings of the tools such from personalisation to a/b testing. The can-do attitude when we come with ideas/briefs. The on-going development. The regular business reviews. The thought out opportunities for us specifically. The ease of the platform. The support team and the supporting documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Project timelines could be improved to help us manage expectations within the business
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Where to go next - the support that is provided to help us understand where as a business what experience we could try next
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To take a look at all the opportunities that Qubit has to offer
A valued partner for optimisation tech and strategy. Smart people with a can do attitude.
What do you like best about the product?
Great combination of tech that we can leverage at speed combined with strategy that we consider part of our team. We test with Qubit and then focus our precious internal resources on winning projects.
Team wise Qubit have great people with a can do attitude and we consider them an extension of our teams.
Recent updates to the platform have improved self serve reporting transparency.

What do you dislike about the product?
Before the advent of Qubit for Marketers product many experiences were still dependent to a degree on our developers to get over the line and live. This has now been improved and reliance on our developers reduced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personalisation, recommendations, badging, optimisation, improved customer experience, testing and validation. This has lead to improved accountability and faster innovation, all focused on tangible results.
Great personalisation software and I really enjoy working with the Qubit team!
What do you like best about the product?
Over the 2 years I have been working with Qubit, we have successfully rolled out personalisation experiences that have had a positive impact on site experience and KPI's. I enjoy the team collaboration from scoping new experiences (in-line with our business objectives) to implementation. The team are each great to work with and we are always collaborating together on ways to optimise BI tools, reports and the onsite experiences which is great for continuous learning and partnership.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally can't say I dislike anything. Communication is always open for ways to improve experiences and the support team are readily on hand should we have any queries / issues that need resolving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As Qubit's software is designed to create bespoke personalised experiences, we have been doing a lot of work around segments and tailoring the right content and products to the right segment of customers. This allows us to use data to understand our customers more and provide her a bespoke experience. The benefits from this approach can be seen in positive KPI's around CVR and RPV. We have also seen positive engagement metrics.
Continued optimization and innovation through strong brand-agency partnership
What do you like best about the product?
Holistic understanding of both brand and market
Openness to client feedback
Team look to evolve product offering which best makes sense to the brand rather than have the brand adapt processes to fit the product

What do you dislike about the product?
Lengthy release cycles (although understand this has recently been updated)
Time from concept to get experience live (although vastly improved YoY - I'm just impatient)
Require regular feedback sessions

Utilize experiences to test UX/CRO concepts within Qubit rather than going through arduous and expensive development builds internally
Actionable Insights - use reporting weekly to determine merchandising strategies
Product Recommendations - opened up to show recommendations at variant level rather than existing parent level meaning only master SKUs are currently shown

Qubit allows us to work at velocity with best in class people who feel like an extension of our team
What do you like best about the product?
The service side of Qubit is second to none. We have strengthened our relationship year after year, with a dedicated strategist and project manager, nothing slips past the team. Between the in house and agency team we have all bases covered, and everyone remembers the little data quirks and issues we have, so experiences are recommended accurately. The designers at Qubit really understand the brand and are happy to take on any guidance from the brand team & designer in house, everyone works well together. We see great value in the tool itself, with ease of use and duplication of experiences across category we see good value for money. With Qubits new tool ATOM coming into play as well, they really are the CRO/Personalisation/Merchandising tool to watch out for, and get a demo with!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would improve upon is the in tool reporting and end of roadmap reportingg, we strive to use GA in every report we do so we have one source of truth, and although Qubit integrates with this, it feels as though the team and company could do with further integration to truly engrain the use of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to test as velocity, we've moved from a 10 tests build purchased a year model to more than 45 tests being built per year. We are a small team, but Qubit are efficient and we have managed processes well in order to grow. We can address business issues in real-time by getting a test out of the door in under 2 weeks, to prove or disprove theories. We can also use experiences again and again, we can edit the content and look and feel to suit new needs, which saves us time and budget.
Professional and collaborative
What do you like best about the product?
The ongoing collaboration between partner and brand, and the innovative ideas and support given by Qubit.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations to how much of the product you are able to use, but there are contract upgrade options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Qubit we have been able to target customer segments that we were previously unable to do through our native capabilities. Qubit has overall improved our conversion rates and been responsible for a large amount of incremental revenue.
