What do you like best about the product?
very easy to use, very well designed and of great quality. it all works very well and smoothely. i very much enjoy having this tool in my kit.
What do you dislike about the product?
i cannot see any downsides so far. i really enjoyed every step of the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i want to have all my video-works in one place, be in control, how, where and with whom i share them. that is perfectly possible with gumlet as far as i can see.
A reliable platform for hosting our business videos!
What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
There are quite a few customization options available with Gumlet. At first, it might feel a bit overwhelming, especially if you're new to video hosting. But trust me, once you get the hang of it, you'll be amazed at the level of control you have over your videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted more control over our business videos. It gives us peace of mind to know that videos will remain hosted and not be removed for the wrong reasons.
Great for hosted video streaming with full branding control of the player.

Full control over viewer branding for embedded videos. Better pricing for features than Vimeo.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind! Except having to transfer over the Vimeo library.

I want to be able to showcase my work while not having 3rd party branding and UI elements on my players.
Very reliable video hosting
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Gumlet. Trying different video hosting every time I missed different parts of relible hosting: speed of upload, connection speed, interactive elements like CTA, capture forms, chapters etc. Gumlet covered almost all of my needs and requirements for good videohosting.
Customization of player and branding features are also really good. Embedding and other integrating features are also valuable for me. I like support and wish it would stay fast and responsive for a long time.
I think to transfer all of my videos to Gumlet and use it more frequently.

I think it will take some time to go through learning curve using Gumlet. And I feel lack of more instruments to structure videos and client management.

For learning center it is crucial to have reliable videohosting and use it for it's courses and marketing purposes.

a novice user perspective
What do you like best about the product?
Clean interface,easy for a non-tech person to navigate. Vids are quickly and efficiently uploaded, rendered, and ready for linking or streaming on whatever device used. Also, it's quite fast. The video at 1080p is quite satisfactory.

All good, so far. But I'm sure I'll find something.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a convert to Gumlet from Vimeo and the ease of use and quality of the videos is amazing! I was worried about switching from Vimeo since I've use them for so long, but the switch was easy. I was also able to transfer all my videos from Vimeo to Gumlet in a matter of minutes with their simple tutorial.

I've been using Gumlet for almost a month now and don't have any complaints so far.

Gumlet is saving me money on video hosting. I create a lot of video content, so it was a no brainer to switch.

the video collection customization such as player and channel settings is very useful especially when I need to serve different purposes and topics.
there is drm protection as well to prevent unauthorized downloads.
for uploads, great options to be able to upload and copy from dropbox and google drive directly.

setting up folders maybe a bit restricted as I'm unable to create subfolders, ie folders within folders. other than that it's very much straightforward.
also, i wish you can upload folders instead of needing to select individual files. that would save more time and make the process more efficient.

gumlet helps replace my video hosting and streaming instead of using other services like vimeo or wistia. plus i got the huge bandwidth for streaming which cuts down alot on the cost as compared to other video platforms.

The upload process takes a bit of acclimation. Lot's of options availlable but would nice to two levels - normal and expert -- because the platform feels a bit intimidating at first. Also I like to see additional customization features once the video is live.
