A nice discovery
What do you like best about the product?
The simple interface, the possibility to have different profiles, different resolutions
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no particular things because it's very simple to use. Maybe have more clear reports to keep an eye on usage bandwidth
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can use Gumlet to host videos and embed them avoid using Youtube and adding cookies to customer websites
An awesome video delivery platform
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is that they allow us to control almost everything and it is very easy to understand. The speed is just superb. The customer support is amazing they understand our requirements and provide us with the best available options. We integrated with S3.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any negatives, but there should be more documents about connecting to S3, which I have experienced a little bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in my video delivery offering ultrafast speed and optimization capabilities. It helped me in video delivery performance, reduced buffering, and enhanced user experience with it's clean video player.
Great alternitive to Vimeo, seems even better
What do you like best about the product?
I love the clean interface of Gumlet make no confusion during the work.
Very easy to locate the section I want to use and also, and I can manage both Video and Image on the same dashboard which is a plus.
The loading speed is bleezing fast and the video quality is super good.
All support docs laid out clearly and I can find the answer to my question easily.

What do you dislike about the product?
I want to see more customization on the CTA and also I would like to see more options on the interactive features for lead gathering.
At this moment, the lead capture is very limited.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use YouTube and Vimeo for content delivery.
The benefit of YT is it is free but the drawback is it is very easy to get redirected to YouTube instead of sticking to our site.
Vimeo can solve this issue the cost of Vimeo is not ideal also it limits on the video amount instead of the video length.
So in many cases, a few-second short video will cost one video slot.
But with Gumlet, both problems were solved, Gumlet counted video length instead of the total video file amount.
In this way, we can upload a lot of short videos without paying for a high-tier plan on Vimeo and never get redirected to an external platform.

Gumlet made it simple for me to align the appearance and branding of the video player with my website, creating a cohesive and professional look. Overall, I cannot recommend Gumlet enough to anyone in need of a reliable and intuitive video hosting solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to pick a downside, I'd say it's the whole analytics thing. It takes a bit of time and effort to figure out how to track certain metrics and you gotta go through the process of installing some javascript code on your website. However, the good news is that Gumlet support has been awesome and theyassist you with all the advanced Gumlet features - which enhance your website's performance and user experience. So, even though it may require a little extra work upfront, being provided that assistance makes it all worthwhile in the end.

Gumlet easily lets me embed videos on my sites. The analytics also give me insight about each video.

I like that Gumlet provides unlimited streaming of the videos availble on the Gumlet network.

One drawback for Gumlet is the limited storage for the videos.

I have a platform that has limited streaming capability. Having Gumlet provides that cdn is a relief.
Super easy to get started & be productive right away
What do you like best about the product?
Soon after signing up, found myself in a situation where I had very little time to get a video hosted and plugged into the front end. Was hesitant to rely on a new (to me) platform, but am sooo glad I took the chance.
Very user friendly experience, and so far - the results are great. The video loads quickly, and the dashoard at gumlet helps me stay in control without having to jump through a bunch of hoops or endless clicks.
The gumlet team seems genuinely interested in feedback too, which is always a great sign.

What do you like best about the product?
My videos load really fast, the player is beautiful, and viewer experience is awesome. Can't believe I have been paying for Vimeo for 5 years when such a superior and more affordable solution exists.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some small bugs here and there but nothing that affects the actual video experience.
