What do you like best about the product?
The platform is feature rich so should cover the needs of most companies wanting video streaming capabilities without all of the mess of using YouTube. We specifically wanted DRMS and WaterMarking for our training videos
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like more customisation of the channel page .. but this is more of a want than a dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prevening the illegal downloading of our videos and maintaining a consistent video quality.

I really liked the speed of the videos, as well as the customization of the player, and the generation of embedded codes is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think in the generation of codes to be embedded, there could be an option to generate the video with rounded corners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are no ads interrupting the video, it doesn't offer videos at the end after the user watches, and it's fast. I haven't fully customized the player yet, but I saw that there are several options and I liked them. It could have a direct download from the video.

The content translated into English is: There is a need to further improve the access speed for users in China, indeed the upload speed of videos without VPN needs to be improved. Of course, these are easy tasks for the Gumlet team and I look forward to your better development.

What do you like best about the product?

In my usage so far I haven't found anything too bad to mention.

Monthly costs are the biggest headache when it comes to video hosting. Gumlet mainly solved this problem with the other benefits, of course.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a complete plattform. Everything you will need for your video hosting needs you will find it here. Great alternative to Vimeo and Wistia.

I can't recall anything that I don't like about it.

It's a complete suite for video hosting. I'm using it to host courses videos for my Community and it has everything that I need (and will need).

What do you like best about the product?
Gumlet is a tool with very generous allowances both video and streaming and a nice UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
The organization and menu structure. Better documentation in general on different video types.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not only is Gumlet an excellet streaming platform with a stanout UI. it provides a nice interface for customers to upload self service videos and saves my team time.
Gumlet has now replaced Vimeo as our streaming software
What do you like best about the product?
Shortlist: Modern UI, Incredibly easy, really good community support and so far it is smashing our vimeo use. Because Gumlet is faster and easier to use than vimeo, we are finding that we are uploading more videos! It only took us a day to implement in our current software portal, and transfer our needed videos from vimeo. The customer support has been pretty good so far, and it's integarted well into our WP site as well as our internal CRM. It was immediately getting used by us and our members daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still looking for one - perhaps the documentation could be improved, but this is more of a suggestion than a gripe because the documentation was there for the problem I had - it just took a bit to find in their community pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Essentially it has minimised our Vimeo hosting expenses, but because of the snazzy clean design it's actually been accepted much better by our members and staff. We are finding we use it *more* than we did vimeo as we've also migrated our vblog, internal training vids and public vids over to it.
Super Solid Video Hosting & Streaming Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve tried a variety of video hosting platforms, but i’m sticking with Gumlet. I’m really impressed with how easy it is to setup and the dashboard is very intuitive. We migrated over a bunch of videos and it was a breeze. I’m also really excited about the new channels feature and the ability annotate videos. I haven’t implemented this feature yet, but it will be perfect for a course I am developing. Finally, customer service has been very attentive to all our questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall I love the platform. My main request is to add more integrations. I would also love to see a sticky (floating - picture on picture) player feature.

Gumlet helps to develop large videos with amazing speed.

My videos load super fast and they stream without any lag. I absolutely love it!

I wish I could embed video playlists but I think they have that feature planned on their roadmap.

I host my paid course videos on Gumlet and they load really fast, I can embed them on my course platform really easily and members can view them without lag. I also get detailed metrics on user watch time which is great!

I like the UI/UX of the dashboard. I also like the quality of video streamling. It also bring high security to my videos

Nothing I dislike. It fits all my needs.
