Great product for a reasonable price

Price/performance compared to other tools on the market

They are still in development and could get better. For example faster loading times

We don't like using Youtube for video hosting due to its distracting properties. Gumlet allows us to have our own branding in the videos and give quite good analytics.

I needed a platform to host training course videos, and I needed fast video loading, player customizations, and protection against downloads and captures. Gumlet covers all the requirements I need as it has DRM (Digital Rights Management) protection at a reasonable price for the service it offers.

For the moment, I am happy with the service it offers.

From the moment I started using Gumlet, I was immediately impressed by its user-friendly interface and the intuitive design layout. It's evident that the developers had the end-user experience in mind from the very beginning. Every feature, every function, every aspect of Gumlet has been crafted with such meticulous detail that it effortlessly streamlines my workflow and improves productivity.

There could have been more generous Cname option, but not a big complain.

I've run out of capacity in my server to host video. Don't want to host on youtube. Gumlet became the solution for me

Is very easy to host your videos on the platform. There are lot of optios to customise the videos and the analytics are very helpful.

At the moment everythong is perfect. There are more futures ont the roadmoap that will make Gumlet the best choise.

If you dont't want to upload your videos on YouTube or Vimeo, Gumlet is the best option.

I like how you can easily transfer videos from Vimeo and integrate on Gumlet.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how Gumlet is not clear on DRM. It says it is available for Android but not on iOS. I have reached out to support and they have not responded to that question but responded to the others.
There are no clear tutorials on how M3U8 links work and I would like to see an in depth process and not just a few sentences hidden on their faq page

Gumlet allows me to find an alternative service from Vimeo for M3U8 links. It also gives me a stable platform that I don't have to rely on a social network to host my content.

I was looking for a reliable video hosting solution to host some videos for a private course. I didn't find it easy at first but I spent around an hour and understood the concept of the platform and everything changed.

The UI is not very friendly and you have to spend some time to understand the philosophy of the tool. But once you do, you then know it and you like it. It seems as if it's done for developers first.

Phenomenal piece of software...
What do you like best about the product?
The Ui is slick, easy-to-use and jammed-packed with cool business-focused features. amazing toolset. Highly recommend! Blazing fast too. And the play button is unobstructed and small which allows maximum usage of the thumbnail image!
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the statistics portion seems hard and complex. Almost too technical. But well worth the investment required to setup properly. I'm also assured that the counting the video view rate and pushing that data to GA4 is going to be released next week. Absolutely live this tool! Was using Adilo. But this is head-and-shoulders above them for a number of reasons... Primarly -- the loading speeds are incredible. IT's a bummer that the player is not amp-compliant... But such a tiny drawback when compared with the rich feature set.

First. The whole interface makes it easy to upload, store and organize our videos. Second. The video load speeds are incredible. Solves a huge problem. No one wants to wait a tiny second longer than they absolutely must to consume video content. This solves that problem for us.
