Just What We Needed
What do you like best about the product?
This is the solution our agency has been searching for, and much to our surprise the user interface, upload speeds as well as the customizability are second to none when compared to similar platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently nothing at all, completely satisfied with the platform and its feature set.

This solves multiple problems on different fronts but the main solutions Gumlet solves is generous bandwith, storage and most importantly its cost savings to our agency
Great Video Hosting Solution with Robust Features
What do you like best about the product?
The dual-DRM security protects against piracy very well, which is very important to me for keeping my material safe. I can also keep my brand's personality while giving viewers an interesting experience thanks to the video player's customization choices. The built-in data help me figure out how my audience acts and make my content plan better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app has a lot of features that might be hard for newbies to understand at first.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Video piracy and illegal access are problems that Gumlet Video tries to solve by protecting material with dual-DRM encryption. It also lets artists make money through channels that only members can access, and it gives them detailed data to see how engaged their audience is. With easy-to-use video management tools and customization choices, it speeds up the process of hosting videos, keeps material safe, and makes the most money possible.
Fast loading video and clean player
What do you like best about the product?
The clean and professional look of the player page is excellent. Lots of settings available for video control and URLs for different video types. Great replacement for Vimeo.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CTA button placement isn't the most intuitive and doesn't align well at times but CTA works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Was looking for a replacement for Vimeo. Gumlet offers a very similar service
Amazing Video Streaming Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Gumlet makes it very easy to upload videos and then either share with clients or embed on websites. I like how you can customize sets of videos into collections and then sort those into playlists. It's very easy to generate a link either for an individual video or a playlist of video. Cost wise this was way more affordable than other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some getting used to with the user interface. The collections are managed in a sub-menu which was one of the most used areas at first. I've found that although I have a fast internet connection and 4K source material that the player seems to default at or under 720p even though it should be more. I found with some embbed clips that the first 5-10 seconds is a bit blurry/low quality then improves and looks very crisp and clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to host video clips that wasn't on Youtube. Some videos we wanted control over privacy and others were work in process that we needed revisions features. Gumlet solves both things. The clip uploader is very fast making it easy to upload and share video clips.
Promising Product
What do you like best about the product?
The customer support is quick. The dashboard looks professional and mature.
What do you dislike about the product?
It compares itself with Patreon, yet it does not have a monetization feature—the ability to accept payment from people with Stripe or anything. Ideally, I was expecting it to have something like Patreon—a way to monetize and give access to private channels to those who pay.

My videos play seamlessly without any buffering, which has massively improved the experience for my website visitors.

What do you like best about the product?
Gumlet has been a total game-changer for me because it let me share my online video course content easily and efficiently. As a university lecturer, I was really worried about my students downloading and sharing my online videos without asking for my permission. But because of Gumlet's DRM features, I now can protect my videos and also can make sure that my contents will only seen during the right period of time and by the right people.
One thing that is really cool about this SAAS is the high level of customization that I get with the video player. I now can make it look and feel just right for my specific course, giving my students a very smooth viewing experience.
One more good thing is the AI subtitles engine – this feature is a lifesaver, It help making my content accessible to a lot wider audience/students. My students based from China can now accessing to my VDO easilier. In addition to that, the API integration has also made my workflow so much easier. And the Gumlet support team is very helpful . They are alway there when I needed a hand.
Honestly, this product is becoming an essential part of my course creation toolbox, and I'd recommend it to any educator or even content creator who is looking for a reliable solution for protecting and delivering their video content.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much for the price. Especially when I am comparing to their compettitors in market. However, there are some areas that could be improvement. For instance, the lack of subscriber management feature and also the lacking support for Chromecast might be limiting for some creators.

The Gumlet software makes my life easy by helping me deliver top-notch videos to my students. Because of video optimization features, Gumlet will automatically adjusts videos to fit individule user's device and network. This will ensure better and faster load times. And will also provide a great viewing experience for viewers. In addition, the adaptive bitrate streaming will help adjusting video quality based on the user's network speed. This will make the viewing experience even better. This not only improves website performance but wwill also reduces bandwidth usage. This means that my students won't have to sit through ads since the videos aren't hosted on YouTube.

The platform is easy to master and to understand and the user interface is appealing and remarkably user-friendly.The embedded videos are incredibly swift, with no delay or buffering whatsoever. High storage limits, no streaming limits, fast playback, customisable, and a fast support.The videos and the images are processed for optimal delivery, automatically, and everything is customizable. The HLS encryption, analytics, and the custom domains are super usefull. All Great!

The fact that it's missing the monetization of the videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hosting videos, DRM for my videos, playlist for my courses. it's less expensive then other platforms. And it's offering excellent services that I need :DRM and bandwith !!!
Filmmaker switching from Vimeo to Gumlet
What do you like best about the product?
Gumlet offers speedy transcoding, easy hosting, and responsive streaming of my film media. I appreciate the privacy features, e.g. password-protecting my videos and even giving me the ability to geo-block certain countries from accessing my content. Also, the automated AI subtitling, the extensive analytics and reports, that it offers direct download links, player customization and - in my case - a very attractive value proposition with the current lifetime deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the quality of the UI ranges from quite nice to impressive, it could still be improved further. However, they are actively working on this and other features. The video library and playlist system are good and sufficient for my needs, but the integration of a folder system would be much appreciated. An optional column for privacy in the video list would be great, showing at a glance which videos are password protected, unlisted, public, private, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gumlet offers me features I did not have with my prior paid Vimeo plan, such as the ability to geo-block certain countries from my content. Gumlet is also a great value proposition for me with their current deal, because I need many of the paid features of such services, but the monthly bandwidth used in my case is quite low. Because of this, the lifetime deal fits very well for me, because I will not have recurring monthly payments anymore. Gumlet is giving me the abilties Vimeo did: responsive video hosting with a customizable player, password protecting videos, and even automated subtitling. All in all, it improves my professional flexibility and technical business capabilities.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gumlet is actually acting as an alternative of youtube and vimeo. With youtube, users used to see irrelevant videos at the end. This problem is now fixed after using gumlet. Moreover, we can create our private channel and protect the videos with DRM.
