Crossbeam Scales Partner Support Without Scaling Team Costs

  • March 26, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We have thousands of partners and no efficient way to support them all directly with partner coverage. Crossbeam gives us the ability to scale partner support to our sellers without scaling the cost of the partner team
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everyone is on Crossbeam yet but the team there has made it easy to get their data into our systems, provide free accounts and even upgrades for our partners, and support partners that want to lean in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Unruly account mapping processes that were not scaling, not timely and not actionable
2. Puts all partner data in one spot
3. Allows us to integrate with our current toolset to bring partner signals to our sellers in an efficient way.

Vital Overlap Insights for Partnerships

  • March 26, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to check overlapping customers and opportunities. This is vital to my role in partnerships.
What do you dislike about the product?
The numbers aren't always accurate. We often compare what we see to what our partners see, and the numbers are close, but never perfect. It's also tricky because what the partner uploads from their CRM might also be inaccurate. I wish there was a way to ensure what they are uploading is what we need to see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see overlap between us and our partners, and therefore which partnerships we should focus on for co-marketing and co-selling opportunities.

Trustworthy, Confidential Partner Collaboration That Powers Co-Selling

  • March 26, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Crossbeam gives me the ability to collaborate with partners in a trustworthy and confidential way, allowing me to better co-sell and co-service new business opportunities as well as existing customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when I find it challenging to access multi-party information directly inside of Crossbeam; however, given the CRM integration, I'm still able to find this information pretty easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Historically, when engaging with new partners, it was challenging to try to find overlapping customers to find use cases as well as potential co-marketing or co-selling opportunities. Now that I have access to Crossbeam, it's much easier for us to identify opportunities to work with new and existing partners.

Clean, Easy UI That Makes Partnership Evaluation Simple

  • March 26, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Crossbeam for five years now, and I’ve consistently found the UI to be clean and easy to navigate. It’s been especially helpful for evaluating the potential success of a partnership by showing how many customers we have in common or what markets we could potentially be successful in together.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s not a huge deal, but I wish I could pull up a list of all my partners who are on Crossbeam and add them from there, instead of having to search for each one individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crossbeam helps me evaluate potential partnerships and quickly see whether what we can do together will be valuable for each other’s customers.

Real-Time Account Mapping Without the Spreadsheet Back-and-Forth

  • March 26, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Account mapping without the awkward spreadsheets
No more back-and-forth Excel files. Crossbeam lets you securely overlap account lists with partners in real time, so both sides instantly see shared opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don’t have a mature partner ecosystem, it can feel like overkill compared to simpler approaches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving me different angles inside of accounts that I would of never found.

What do you like best about the product?
The account-mapping capabilities, along with the Salesforce Crossbeam co-pilot widget, are crucial.

The export management is a bit tough to navigate and also would be helpful to have a real-time counter on export counts.

A Great Way to Jump-Start Partnerships and Identify Key Accounts

  • March 25, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It takes all the guesswork out of partnership account mapping. Instead of messy spreadsheets and manual account mapping, it gives us a clean, up to data view of where we overlap with partners and which accounts we should go after together. Plus clear reporting to show exactly how those partners are impacting revenue.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have major issues with Crossbeam, but a few things can be annoying. It really depends on clean CRM data (ours and our partners’), so bad data = bad overlaps. Some partners also find the setup and terminology a bit confusing, so there’s extra hand holding. And the UI could be more intuitive and flexible, especially when you want to bring in custom or non-standard data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crossbeam is basically fixing the “black box” in our partner ecosystem. Before, we were guessing where we overlapped with partners, juggling spreadsheets, and struggling to prove which partners actually moved revenue. With Crossbeam we can clearly see shared customers and prospects, automate account mapping, and track partner-sourced and influenced deals. This means our reps know exactly which accounts to work with which partners, we spend far less time on manual coordination, and we have hard data to show which partnerships are driving pipeline, win rates, and bigger deals.
