What do you like best about the product?
Simple, and efficient. It gets to many answers quickly and frees up resources
What do you dislike about the product?
Accuracy. I know this heavily dependant on our own data accuracy which isn't CB's fault, but just sharing this is the part that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding the value a partner may or may not bring quickly and efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, easy to connect with partners. Simple UI

Limitations on the free plan that occurs after having used it for a while. No ability to check if the definition of the data used is the same for partners connected with

To easy get insight in mutual customers and opportunities - and search for which partners is already engaged with prospects

What do you like best about the product?
Crossbeam has become a core part of our partnerships motion. It's easy to use, the support we get from them is great, when needed, and it's become ubiquitous enough in our space where the value starts compounding.
What do you dislike about the product?
The jump from freemium to paid contract is enormous. Makes it tough to budget for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Vetting new partners (how much overlap do we have)
- Starting partner motion with 1-2 shared deals as a test
- Coselling (prospect to customer intros, and vice versa)
- Comarketing + ABM (who do we want to invite to our events, webinars, etc.)
- Integration launches (who is using both systems, how can we invite them to beta test)

Crossbeam is an essential tool for building mutually beneficial partnerships. They make account mapping and aligning partner business objectives easy.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, and it's a pretty disarming way to compare customers and prospects with partners in an easy manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
That not everyone uses crossbeam yet! Honestly, there's not a whole lot to not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Comparing lists of customers and prospects is hard, and usually involves non-secure data practices like trading spreadsheets. Not awesome.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that both partners can see the list of common customer and open opportunities to work on them and strenghten the relationship.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that is not 100% up to date. Sometimes the information on the board is not like the one in real time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us save time at the moment of driving business with the partner.

What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to view shared clients to initiate case studies and other marketing initiatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't integrate with our current CRM and you have to continuously update it on a sheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really helpful for account mapping with other partners and you can see how many shared customers there are.

What do you like best about the product?
Simplified account mapping, customer engagement, and demand generation planning. The partner onboarding and functionality is incredibly easy to use and practical.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the tool cannot differentiate between specific opportunities in our CRM instance, labeling existing customer opportunities as net new opportunities. There are also intermittent error issues very seldom when accepting invitations from partners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating sales pipeline and assisting in partner go to market efforts as it relates to engaging our mutual client base, prospects, customers, and clients currently in our mutual pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
Crossbeam simplified how we operationalize partnership: an easy-to-use view of territory and account overlap. Dramatically simplifies getting partnerships in motion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't see overlaps unless all my partner companies exist in my CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Forget the endless spreadsheet exchange with data.
Simplifies account targetting for co-marketing activity.

What do you like best about the product?
Crossbeam gets me out of the laborious work of toggling between spreadsheets and CRMs to map accounts empowering me to focus on evaluating product market fit and driving commercial outcomes. Crossbeam has been nothing short of transformational for both my business and productivity. There hasn't been a first partnership call where I haven't recommended it to a prospective partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our sales org is in the process of migrating between salesforce classic and salesforce lightening, which requires me to enable two users twice as the crossbeam salesforce application is only available for lightening.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account mapping and cosell collaboration with partners
