Account Mapping Platform With the Team That Has the Chops to Support It

What do you like best about the product?
Reveal has been really great to work with. We are both users of their platform, and have plugged their platform into our own technology. It's been quite useful to map the features across our ecosystems and evaluate how our partners can align to our sales process. I feel quite comfortable working with them, and their team has been extremely good supporting our head of partnerships. They've been easy for him to use, their integration was straightforward, and we've gotten to a point where we're using the platform quite frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of any. I do belive that the comparable platforms in this area all seem to service slightly different segments of the partnerships arena. In looking at where each shines, I feel like Reveal is the most well rounded. I bring up their potential in a conversation with my own contacts almost weekly and haven't seen an area where they fall short.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a partner ecosystem platform ourselves that provide partners with the ability to manage their engagements with vendors at scale. Reveal plugs right in and gives a view of potential sales that is quite difficult to get from the other features in the platform. It rounds out our strong ecosystem play and is extremely valuable to the business.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple but extremely powerful toolset ,easy to use, great support experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of ability to support external SSO meaning we could not auto provision users who were not already signed up.

What do you like best about the product?
Their ability to fully understand the dynamics of our ecosystem requirements and working with multi-vendor approach in building techstack that is fully tailored to partner and client use not to mention the ability of Reveal technology to be tailored and reflect on the very specific needs of our organization. Last but not least is the UI and integration into our platform with and ease of implementation with our partners. To top all of it I have to also mention the flexibility of Reveal Customer Support and Partner support we are receiving.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are in the early stages in our relationship, yet there are not major or minor gaps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Growing our partner mindshare and partner sourcer revenue while enabling deeper levels of collaboration among partners to solve client problems. Reveal is helping us to better understand our partners and the problems they are currently solving for their clients as well as enabling us to help to solve it for them and vice versa.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides me with an instantaneous view of the accounts that we should be focusing on with our partners.

The real-time information allows us to plan introductions and share account intelligence to drive deal registrations resulting in higher ADS and shorter sales cycles.

The integration with our CRM means we can see how we should be working on each account and which partners we need to engage with.

It is easy to set up and I love working with the team at Reveal.
What do you dislike about the product?
As we approach 9 months of using the platform I haven't come across anything to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying with ease the accounts as a business that we should be focusing on.

Allows the sales and partner team to build a talk track with each account where we can work together.

What do you like best about the product?
Reveal is an easy-to-use tool that has helped us to uncover untapped revenue potential. It has helped us to evaluate our partner ecosystem based on the data it surfaces in the platform, to see who has the most overlaps, but also the most potential for new business for our organization based on the partners we attach with most often.

-It helps in fueling our marketing, from which partners to co-market with, building out target lists for our campaigns and deciding on messaging.
-Our Sales team finds it really helpful as well in understanding the partners that are in each of their accounts, in order to tailor their message and to solicit intel and introductions from those partners.
-Lastly, It is also is exceptionally helpful in organizing the prospects and deals we have in flight with each partner, in one place, that is consistently up to date (versus keeping multiple g-sheets!).

We do so much now daiily with the data from Reveal across our business that it has definitely become a must-have for us!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see a few more integrations from Reveal, to ensure their data is fully considered across all of our workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reveal has helped uncover potential revenue that can be influenced by our Partner ecosystem.

What do you like best about the product?
It solves a large problem between partners in a very efficient and collboitiove approach.

The visual matching matrix instantly generates value for the ecosystem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I cannot think of anything to not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Once a partnership has been established the typical greenfield process is sending spreashseets and the moment it is sent they are out of sysnc.

Crossbeam is a key tool for partnerships

What do you like best about the product?
I love the overall grid that appears for each connected partner. It makes it easy to tell at a glance if a partnership makes sense - or not. The level of customer support they offer is also terrific!
What do you dislike about the product?
I understand the terminology of "populations" but most everyone else refers to them as lists. Any time I've helped a new partner get up and running, I first start with the translation. Not a huge issue, but minimizing the unique nomenclature could be helpful for new customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Life was pretty miserable before finding Crossbeam a few years (and jobs) ago. It was basically spreadsheet hell, especially if either partner had long lists of customers or prospects. The time saved by using Crossbeam is easily calculated - what takes a minute (surfacing all the overlaps) in Crossbeam used to take an hour per partner, if not longer. I generally try to take a quick peek prior to my calls with partners.

What do you like best about the product?
Reveals awesome! It allows you to see details about accounts in your territory that were once thought impossibe. Things like who they are a customer of and who is selling to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the current macro economic environment tech stack consolidation and reduced expenses are top of mind for everyone. Everyone is fighting for dollars; therefore, those who have open opportunities at the same accounts you're trying to sell to may become adversaries instead of partners in an alliance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing more information about a prospect's current tech stack composition and who they're working with can be utilized and leveraged in so many ways, including partnering with your counterparts at those vendors, learning how they penetrated an account, relationship mapping, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. Its intuitive, the set-up is easy, and it makes it effortless to use it post-initial set-up which saves so much time and delivers immediate value.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't really complain. Their free plan literally give you everything you need to get stared with account mapping.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to cross-reference clientele and build a case for internal and external evengalism to dedicate resources to a partnership is a big win for us!
