What do you like best about the product?
Crossbeam enables Adobe teams to securely uncover overlapping accounts with partners, making it easier to identify co-selling opportunities and drive joint pipeline growth. Its intuitive interface and automated data syncing reduce manual work and accelerate partner collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, Crossbeam’s effectiveness is limited by the quality and completeness of partner data, and some users find it challenging to navigate complex data permission settings without dedicated support or training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crossbeam solves the problem of siloed partner data by allowing Adobe teams to securely share and compare account lists with partners, without exposing sensitive information. This visibility helps us quickly identify mutual customers and prospects, prioritize co-selling opportunities, and align go-to-market efforts—ultimately accelerating deals and strengthening partner relationships.

Crossbeam is great but wish it connected to Zoho.

Crossbeam makes it easy to control sharing our client base with our partners. It's really useful for identifying mutual opportunties.

What do you like best about the product?
At Alliances & Channels Consulting, it helps us streamline our sales efforts and coordinate our commercial actions with our partners: PartnerStack, Qollabi, WeTransact, and Reveal itself. The automation and integration of Reveal’s account mapping with our HubSpot CRM save us time, allowing our team to focus on relationship-building and closing deals. Requires good governance and operations support. We support our customers to get the most out of this solution.

Last week, we discovered 19 new prospects, bringing our total to 489 this year. These leads are highly qualified, enhancing our sales pipeline significantly. Reveal helps us expand our market reach by uncovering potential customers.
Best way to compare Accounts with Partners
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Crossbeam has a native integration with Salesforce that allows partner data to reflect tech stack data in our CRM. This provides greater visibility for our entire team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to report on data from the Crossbeam widget. It would be awesome to be able to pull a Salesforce report of all Accounts that are using a certain technology.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crossbeam gives us valuable insight into what technologies our customers and prospects are using. This allows us to collaborate with partners on sales strategy and provide relevant information during a sales cycle on how to best leverage our integrations.
Crossbeam is a great tool for identifying co-sell and referral opportunities to drive revenue.
What do you like best about the product?
Crossbeam is a great tool for identifying whitespace for opportunities with partners to drive revenue. I appreciate the ease of the tool and how easy it is to connect with partners on CB and share data. Helps me work much more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
This might be catered more towards on company but record limits. Also, sometimes I see retailers are clients of partners via tools like Built With and Wappalyzer that don't show in CB.

As a partner manager it helps me account map and identify opportunities where we can leverage our partners to get deal in pipe and across the finish line. Also open opportunities where we can co-sell with partners.

The platform allows you to quickly obtain information that is often crucial in the planning and sales process, as well as in providing our clients with comprehensive service, including tools from our partners.

Not always is data accurate, but I believe it's more connected to the CRM systems that the platform itself.

I like the flexibility with api connecting or offline uploads.

Partners seem to get confused with how to upload customer lists and create populations. Often they also put past customers, which might be an issue with their data quality too.
