Makes Partner Collaboration on Key Target Accounts Effortless

What do you like best about the product?
It makes easier for partners and ecosystems to collaborate and focus on key target accounts
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Wish I could have this tool 10 years ago
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of using multiple excel sheets I have all data now centralised in one place and synced with CRM, so I can cross-check relevant accounts with my partners

Valuable Client Insights That Make Crossbeam a Must-Have for Sales Managers

What do you like best about the product?
Crossbeam has been very helpful for us sales managers. It provides valuable information about our clients and prospects and gives us clearer insight into their existing setup. The UI is good, the integrations seem solid, I haven’t noticed any performance issues, and the AI is excellent. I am sure if there are any issues, the support team is just seconds away.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven’t found anything to dislike about Crossbeam. It seems like a very promising application, and it’s been really helpful for sales. Pricing can be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helpful for getting cross-sell insights and for collaborating with vendors to break into an account and prospect effectively. Earlier, it used to take a lot of time to understand the customer environment; now that information is just a click away.

What do you like best about the product?
Crossbeam is exactly what makes my work—my job—possible. It allows me to do account mapping, collaborate with partners, identify opportunities when they come up, and keep things moving.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s one of the best products for partnership professionals and ecosystem professionals. That said, there are times when I think it could be improved. When companies don’t have clean CRMs, they can end up with a lot of garbage data in the system, and that creates confusion. For the most part, though, if you do the job right and qualify properly, you’ll find the opportunities you’re looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It will primarily help me with account mapping, understanding what the feeds are with partners, and activating customer segments very fast and quickly. It’s great for all of that.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the way they’ve brought together an ecosystem and a profession through partnerships.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the UI feels confusing, and there are simply too many features that end up distracting from the product’s simplicity and overall value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It shows me what opportunities are out there for my company to receive introductions and endorsements from vendors my prospects already trust.

What do you like best about the product?
I can easily see which partner is the best fit for a target account.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search engine could be better. It would be helpful to have a built-in bot that can guide us to the right results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ISV and referral partner pipeline, including which partners have onboarded which customers, along with the corresponding dates. The roi is better when the onboarded date for the partner is listed. Salesforce integration helps opp level comparison for my rep to inc partners

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to navigate and filter. I use it everyday and can always find what I'm looking for quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. I don't have any issues with it right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crossbeam allows me to co-plan with my partners effectively on target accounts and current customers.

Crossbeam Makes Partner Onboarding and Opportunity Discovery Easy

What do you like best about the product?
As part of the partner management team, Crossbeam helps identify priority and actions easily, facilitate partner onboarding, and helps identify opportunities which can be translated into SQL. Interface and integration set up is quite easy and straight forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notification to slack specifically is not customisable, which is a key for extending the insights within Crossbeam to a wider group of audience in my organisation, including sales and SDR. For example, if we can include a link to the salesforce opportunities directly that will help, now it only show the links to Crossbeam account which is not always helpful. Some of the feature like partner scores seem interesting but it is not available for my network, then it does not really help. Some feature or the platform itself still strongly dependent on usage in my network.

Also, the ROI is defintely stronger at the onboarding stage, but less beneficial in terms of BAU workflow. I find it harder to show and prove the value after the first few months. Also there are limited features in helping to track actions per deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly identify overlapping accounts and opportunities is definitely still the most helpful one. Saving a lot of time in onboarding a new relationship, identify focus and actions.

Great Overlay Visibility for Account Prospecting

What do you like best about the product?
The most interesting thing in my opinion is the visibility of the overlays on the accounts that the oon is prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need to go through lot of clicks to achieve our goals

We avoid sharing Google Sheets and we can identify opportunities more quickly.
