Easy Filtering Makes Partner Opportunity Mapping Straightforward
What do you like best about the product?
The data display is easy to filter and use, which makes it straightforward to map opportunities across partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my case, as part of a big company, I receive all the requests across my organization rather than only the ones assigned to me. Because of that, I get a lot of notifications, and sometimes it’s hard to find a specific request among hundreds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me identify quick wins easily, so we can stay focused on ROI.
Great for Targeted Account Lists
What do you like best about the product?
It helped us identify the best-fit accounts and build targeted lists based on our partner data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support can feel distant and it isn't a tool where we hear much from our support team. I would like more help with our partner strategy to drive better adoption.

Helping us have better visibility into other companies tech stacks and create a hypothesis on what they are trying to achieve
Valuable Customer Overlap Insights with a Tidy, Intuitive UI
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to unlock customer overlap and quickly see whether a partnership really has legs before doing heaps of work on it is genuinely valuable. The UI on the main overlap screen is super tidy and intuitive, which makes it easy to get what you need at a glance.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting interfaces are a bit hard to use, and it isn’t always clear where to find certain information or how to pull it (Greenfield Data). I dont handle the pricing conversations so i cannot talk to that.
Although being limited to the amount of users we can have to access Crossbeam is frustrating especially when wanting to have better utilisation across the wider organisation and making sure we are getting the best ROI out of the platform.
The interation with Saleforce is a clunky, unsure if thats just the way it has been set up on our side, but I would love it if its more promonent for AE's and AM's to see the overlap, as curently it feels very hidden
The other problem I run into is the security aspect of the platform. I personally trust the security, but when talking to organisations, just directing them to the Security Page sometimes isnt quite enough. If there are contacts we can directly intro to them at Crossbeam to talk through these items with that would be super helpful

What do you like best about the product?
Crossbeam is a highly valuable tool throughout the partnership development lifecycle. The level of sharing control, along with enterprise-grade security, allows me to rely on Crossbeam as a trusted tool from the very start.
The settings are easy to configure and roll out, and I can connect it quickly to the CRMs I use internally. I’m also able to start small with partners as we prove value together, rather than having to jump straight into heavy NDAs and data rooms just to get the same level of insight. What used to take weeks can now be done in minutes.

What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is largely restricted to what’s happening at that moment in time, and it lacks reporting that would let you monitor holistic growth. You can work around this if you’re proactive, but overall it feels like a very forward-facing tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crossbeam enables me to evaluate the potential of a prospective partnership from day one by showing the aggregate volume of overlaps across our matrix of customers, open opportunities, and prospects. That visibility helps me determine what the initial value of the partnership should focus on (i.e., one-way referrals, two-way referrals, enabling shared customers, etc.). Then, once I have the right agreements in place, I can advance select partners and share specific pieces of data about overlapping customers. It gives me granular control over what’s shared, without having to hand over some of our most sensitive data.
Constant UI Improvements, Strong Integrations, and a Customer-Driven Roadmap
What do you like best about the product?
Crossbeam has been extremely focused on further developing their product to ensure it's as valuable as possible to their customers. They keep improving their UI and adding features to their main integrations. They've also been very open to include us in beta programs and take our feedback as they develop their product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The more granular your CRM integrations become the more your customers will be able to do with the available data while still relying on Crossbeam as a source of truth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crossbeam helps us effectively collaborate with our Partners as it provides the tools to drive a lot of good quality Partner Influenced and Sourced revenue.

It’s very easy to connect with other partners.

For us, upgrading to the next plan probably isn’t worth it, even though the added functionality could be useful.

What do you like best about the product?
Account mapping is the standout feature — instead of spending weeks reconciling spreadsheets to find where our books of business overlap, Crossbeam surfaces those overlaps immediately. It keeps partner conversations focused on the accounts that matter and directly accelerates co-sell motions.
The UI is intuitive and easy to navigate, which matters when you're pulling it up mid-conversation with a partner. The Salesforce integration works seamlessly and keeps everything connected to where deals actually live. Performance is consistently fast and reliable — I've never had it slow me down. And when I've needed support, the team has been quick to respond and genuinely helpful.

Two things worth knowing going in: first, getting partners to fully adopt the platform takes upfront effort — the value compounds when both sides are actively using it, so plan for an onboarding lift with each new partner. Second, the tool is only as good as the data in your CRM. If your Salesforce records are incomplete or out of date, the account mapping reflects that — and there's not much Crossbeam can do about it. Neither of these are deal-breakers, just things to set expectations around.

The core problem is alignment speed. In co-sell work, timing is everything — a deal can move or stall while you're still figuring out who knows whom. Crossbeam collapses that discovery process. We now walk into partner strategy conversations already knowing which accounts to prioritize, which removes friction that used to cost us weeks and makes every co-sell motion sharper from the start.
Amazing Support, Smarter UI and AI Integrations for Easier SAP Uploads
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to share important information and connect with other companies has been really helpful as I build a GTM strategy. The latest UI updates make it easier to navigate and find what I need, and the integration with SAP tools simplifies uploading information. The new AI integrations also improve how I use the product and help ensure I’m getting the right information. On top of that, the support has been amazing.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Crossbeam is how it simplifies and accelerates partnership co‑selling and lead generation. It allows us to quickly identify shared accounts, relevant account executives, and detailed account information across our partner ecosystem—without waiting hours or days to make manual connections.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, there isn’t much to dislike about Crossbeam. If anything, some of the more advanced features and reporting capabilities can take a bit of time to fully master, especially for new users. Occasionally, aligning data across different partner systems requires some initial setup and fine‑tuning. That said, these are minor points, and the continuous product improvements and responsiveness of the support team make the experience very smooth overall.

With Crossbeam, we gain instant visibility into overlapping accounts across our partner ecosystem, along with clear ownership and account intelligence. This enables us to move quickly on co‑selling opportunities, escalate active deals, and engage the right stakeholders without delays.
The platform also helps us identify whitespace accounts and expansion opportunities, align on cross‑sell strategies across regions and sales teams, and track follow‑ups from events and campaigns. Being able to upload and map lead and customer data such as matching Citrix customers with IGEL and Omnissa prospects provides real, actionable insights.
