You need this in your Partnerships tech stack. Period.

What do you like best about the product?
Instant and secure account mapping and you get a great overwiev of your partnerships.

It is also easy to identify new potential partners and get valuebale data before jumping into anything.

The Reveal Salesforce App is also a perfect addition to our salesstack and makes it so easy when reaching out to prospects!
What do you dislike about the product?
In all honesty, i cant think of anything as of yet!

If there has been something, they have great customer support and listen to any feedback you might have! :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales reps are now empowered to bring up their own pipeline with the Reveal partner mapping on Salesforce, which speeds up the process and has taken a lot of upfront work off my

its also free, so super easy to recommend to partners and the feedback from them is great as well.

Intelligent Account Mapping and insights

What do you like best about the product?
There are many things that I like about Reveal! To start with, I like the user interface, which is intuitive and easy to navigate around, and that is also the feedback we get from our partners that we invite to use Reveal.

Reveal makes account mapping a breeze, and getting that 360c overview is so valuable and makes it much easier to prioritize the most important accounts for you and your partner(s).

The integration to HubSpot and how it is possible to enable Sales and CX about important information they can use to add value to your customers and prospects are very valuable to us.

Lastly, we appreciate the 360 views of our partners that we are connected with in Reveal. This functionality gives us even better insights into the tools our customers and prospects use and how we might fit, or the partner, in their tech stack so we become more relevant in our conversations with them. It can also give us a hint as to where we should prioritize future integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been using Reveal for about a year, with a combination of the free version and in late 2022, the paid version, and so far, so good.

Whenever we have some feedback, we feel that the Reveal team listens and do what they can to fix it or put it on the roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the challenge of doing efficient account mapping, meaning no more excel sheets, but always up to date and in a more dynamic way, saving both our partners and us a lot of time!
It gives us that "birds view" of what is happening in our partner ecosystem and how we can contribute to our partners, our mutual customers and relevant prospects - knowledge that would be more difficult to obtain before, if at all, and for sure take up more of our time.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, control over data sharing, and tactical account mapping for generating partner leads!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Sometimes the populations shared take a day to upload, but that does not slow me down at all.

Crossbeam Makes Your Job A Lot Easier

What do you like best about the product?
Seeing opportunities, customers and shared prospects and being able to make and receive logical introductions. It's a huge timesaver and makes everyone look good.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's only as good as the data provided by either party. That's not Crossbeam's problem, but it will be yours. Also, there is a learning curve. Navigation sometimes feels cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crossbeam unearths otherwise unknown connections that can lead to business deals that may have taken months, if not years, to generate organically. It shortens the business cycle 2-3 fold

The free version is very limited, but it's normal :)
We can't edit our data source (imported thanks to hubspot API)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's so hard to manage a lot of partnership without a tool like reveal.

What do you like best about the product?
I have access to all the potential partners I want to work with and their customers to understand how good a partnership would be.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if this already exists but, to be able to section partners per field they work in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to see if the partner I'm interesting in working with, has common customers with me and that we work in a similar market.

What do you like best about the product?
Reveal helps me assess the opportunity with potential partners—allowing me to lean into partnerships that can drive the most value for my company. Reveal helps to bridge the gap between partnerships and sales, allowing for opportunity advancement and creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven't found a single thing yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reveal connects my partner ecosystem with my larger organization—removing me as a bottleneck to sales advancement. It also helps to encourage partner adoption across my organization with Reveal's "meet them where they are" approach.

What do you like best about the product?
Reveal is a must-have tool for any Partner Manager.
I love that I can do real-time account mapping with a partner in seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still things to improve, even though the tool is great.
I would recommend making the filter views or filtering, in general, a bit more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Doing account mapping and assessing a partnership can be time-consuming or difficult if you don't have access to the right data, but you can do all of that with Reveal as long as you connect with your partners in the platform.
