no matter what, RDS cannot find. no option for support to ask questions, and their docs just assume everything goes correctly and does not provide alternative methods

What do you like best about the product?
AWS Linux 2 instance's GUI makes it simple to set up remote desktop access, enabling you to connect to and control the server from a distance using graphical tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
it consumes lot of disk and memory usage and has a license cost associated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
unlike command line interface, it is easy to use. Visual represention of monitoring the resources and system health is an advantage.
