What do you like best about the product?
Jamf Pro is basically an industry-leading solution that delivers the best and most secure end user experience for Mac, iPad, iPhone and all other apple devices. It can manage all of our Apple devices and secure them to stay protected against security threats and viruses and prevent from external security threads as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now there is no negetivity in Jamf Pro as it's working principle based on security. but yeah one thing one the upcoming days msny new viruses and threads are gonna come so in that case Jamf Pro must be powerful and efficient so that it can protect all the Apple devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Here the whole thing depends on security and thredas and there comes Jamf Pro where it provides all the security to all the Apple devices and help us to use our apple devices very efficiently and with no virus. It also solvibg many use cases where it providing support by it's capability to manage productivity applications such as Office 365 suite apps, VPN, Google Chrome and other business apps in real time.
Good UI experience
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is good and user friendly. Have worked in both Intune and Workspace One. Jamf is good and specially for the MacOS functionalities
What do you dislike about the product?
Windows OS not as much competitive like Intune

It makes a one person IT department less stressed :)

Not much at the moment. I mean Jamf Pro and Jamf school has so much to offer and i am not even close to all of it.

manageing almost 400 devices. that alone makes me happy.

Ease of use, ability to prefill information on devices based on sn before they're enrolled

Too many unresolved PIs which undermine confidence in the product

The Lack of remote admininistration is not good

JAMF Makes a Difference
What do you like best about the product?
JAMF helps my team quickly administer my Mac environment all over the world. Before jam we were doing a lot of remote control, and manual set ups. Now everything is automated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really havent found a downside. Scripting is a challenge for my team and having a tool that generates scripts would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remove management of my Apple environment has always been a challenge. Being able to quickly update large groups of devices and quickly on board is essential.
Making lives of admins easier
What do you like best about the product?
The most comprehensive management solution for Apple products. Really like how device and mobile management is consistent and contains granular control of features and functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Software update experience can be better. But Jamf Pro 11 looks like it addresses some of these issues

JAMF Pro makes deployment so simple. And as near zero touch as possible.

More advanced management of other platforms would be great.

There is a steep learning curve so you really need the training which is expensive.

The ease of use is second to none. The zero day support is one of their best feature

The new support model is not nearly as good as it used to be.
