There is nothing to dislike about Nexthink, but there are few places which it could be better in customization in few areas.

Most of the End users issues has been proactively identified and provided solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
We integrated YesElf into our application, so we didn’t need to train employees personally and they didn’t need to search for any external materials on how to use the software application. Thanks to YesElf, we are now able to identify differences in software adoption across multiple countries and support specifically countries with the lowest adoption rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing we didn’t like on YesElf solution. In case of any problem with software YesElf, consultants are very friendly and ready to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We launched a new Internal Ordering Application within 6 countries in parallel across Europe and we were looking for an effective solution to train employees remotely across multiple locations without overwhelming our support. Whatmore we wanted employees to have training available whenever they needed it and to be contextually relevant.

The tool has very good capabilities, all it needs is skill and some bandwidth to fine tune it and utilize it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited out of box solutions available in the tool, we have to customize most of the time.

End user experience, device performance, also helping teams to reduce manual efforts by automating things.

The tool has very good capabilities, all it needs is skill and some bandwidth to fine tune it and utilize it.

What do you like best about the product?
I am using Nexthink since past 3 months, it is a good tool to monitor the real time environment. It is very helpful for proactively identifying the issues in work environment and resolving them from backend without waiting, for the user to understand that there is issue and report it to helpdesk. There are many parameters that Nexthink monitors, which will help us to understand the environment clearly. We even have Engage Modules to send any communication to all the users, to send surveys etc., as a campaign. Overall, Nexthink is a great tool & I recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I could not change the campaign fonts & designs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workplace software, hardware & network issues. Issues can be found via Nexthink & can resolve them either via Nexthink or using some other way.

What do you like best about the product?
Digital Employee Experience and Proactive Monitoring via Nexthink is the best ever tool I have worked on in IT infra. It has full capability on enhancing & analyzing endpoints issue as real time point of view before user raise the ticket or impact is just started in PROD environment as proactive monitoring
What do you dislike about the product?
I will not say dislike rather would suggest Nexthink to enhance few things as per OEM changes , M365 and others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Nexthink we have observed huge application crash , high memory issue , malicious domain access and many more for our customer infra proactively along with analysis for the same.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Nexthink is the real-time data and analytical options to dive deeper into issues faced by the employees of an organization. Keeping it simple is their mantra. The components haven’t changed much except for the added features and functionality. The visualizations and drill down capabilities add the appeal of the solution. More power in the hands of the service desk and IT team. Also like the interactions with their team members who are available on short notice to help in any which way they can.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Finder component is a bit slow and some of the analytics doesn’t allow for quick resolution though the visibility it provides is unmatched. Some more flexibility in the dashboards would surely be added value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The insights helped us solve issues with computers that have bad performance and indicating precisely where it occurred. It also helped understand more about application performance and security lapses on the end points. Along with Act and Engage, the solution overall provides a great way to resolve many operational issues with a click of a button and also get instant feedback on the resolved issue which makes far more powerful.

What do you like best about the product?
Nexthink in very powerful tool where we can see each and every actions that happens on the End User device which gives us great opportunity to identify the RCA. The Engage module which is very interactive in terms of communication with the users.
What do you dislike about the product?
As it is a monitoring tool nothing much to mention as the tool is still upgrading with all the latest features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most effectively we are able to look at the application performance issues , Disk space issues and Blue screen of death issues are identified and fixed which has good improvement for End User experience.
Reliable and Trusted Monitoring solution in Digital Workplace ERA
What do you like best about the product?
Nexthink has helped us organizing the EUC monitoring part which was earlier limited to infrastructure only. Campaigns is the best way to reach out to end users for feedback gathering, i guess its significantly increased by 40-50%.The automated remediation capabilities are changing the dynamic with our help desk and third-party providers. We can now take our ticket and machine analytics to develop detection and remediation acts to tackle our top tickets sources proactively - This is driving down cost and increasing user satisfaction. CMDB integration has helped improved Asset inventory with more reliable numbers. Our customers have been rigorously using Software metering to save $ on expensive licensed products. I have been able to enable multiple teams to perform root cause analysis on aging problem records as well as high priority incidents. SAAS solution is acting like plug n play for many of our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although this solution is fit for purpose however when it comes to data extract from Finder, its complicated as export to csv is limited to some certain conditions only. It lacks export to pdf functionality. Another example of vulnerability management in on-premise solution hosted on Azure where as soon as OS is installed, Azure monitor will start reporting missing updates. This can only be resolved after new upgrades are released instead such minor upgrades should be fixed from Azure portal directly(i assume it is not possible due to Application layer is part of OS and that is managed by Nexthink directly). This has led many customers to question on security part.

Reactive and Proactive problem management. Hardware and software asset management. Integrations with API for data mining. Customer feedbacks. Many more.

Indeed a recommended solution for every organization to improve customer experience.

which helps us to identify the issue and act on it immediately. Also can keep track the trend and also good we can apply few fixes remotely.

Bit more in networking monitoring and few more automation in changing the licenses automatically from Old devices to new devices.
