What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about OneSignal is how easy it is to set up and send notifications across different platforms, with clear analytics that show how users engage in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that some advanced features are locked behind paid plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal solves the problem of manually reaching users by automating push notifications with ready-made template and AI-generated text, helping me save time and keep my audience engaged effortlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal is simply essential, easy to integrate, intuitive to use, and with powerful segmentation and automation features. In just a few clicks, I can send personalized messages to my users and see engagement increase.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, nothing bothers me. It works well, it's stable, and the free plan already meets a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, I used to lose many users after the first installation. Now I can bring them back with well-thought-out notifications and simple campaigns. The return rate has improved a lot, and that makes all the difference for those who are starting out.

What do you like best about the product?
I can’t imagine working without. I’m not a marketing expert, but with their automation and targeting features. I can send updates, reminders, and new content announcements in minutes and the best part is seeing users actually come back after getting a message.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can’t think of anything. It’s reliable, fast, and fits perfectly into my workflow.

It’s solved my biggest challenge as an indie dev... keeping users engaged.

Honestly there is nothing to dislike about onesignal. it works smoothly and delivers on time.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
It’s straightforward and works out of the box. I use it mostly for product launches and flash sales. Once the templates are set, I can send out a campaign in minutes.

At times, advanced options like detailed automation are locked behind the paid plans.

Our flash sale campaigns have shown a noticeable bump in orders.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can segment customers, like sending special offers only to repeat buyers or reminding someone about items left in their cart.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like is even more design flexibility for notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us bring shoppers back who might otherwise forget about us. Abandoned cart notifications have boosted conversions, and sending promo pushes has directly increased sales.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is clean, and I don’t waste time figuring things out. It’s also nice to see who engages with my messages without needing extra tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish I could customize the look of my notifications a bit more without diving into extra coding. But overall, it works really well as is.

Engagement messages.
