Professional and Easy to implement
What do you like best about the product?
Using OneSignal as a Push Notification Service was the best decision we made. It is easy to implement with allmost all platforms such as Flutter (iOS and Android). If there was any issue that I was facing during development the customer support was always available and ready to help via the chat. The most thing we liked is that OneSignal provides unlimited API calls for free which is incredible for any size of company. You get the basic things for free and if you need more advanced features like advanced in-app messaging you have the option to upgrade.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not like that when sending notifcation through the api and defining the external user id that i could not see that id inside the delivery tab of the notification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal is solving the manual process of setting up push notification with both platforms Android and iOS. You just need to follow the steps in the guide and it works seemlessly.

The platform is very easy to use and allows us to send targeted push notifications to our users

I don't have any dislike at the moment, the platform worked well so far.

Its user-friendly platform is understandable and easy to handle.

We are not clear on how to use it, maybe at the time of hiring it would be necessary to obtain an initial guide.

User Re-engagement simplified in every step of the way
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, specially from the marketing team point of view. Technical implementation is simple as well. They have SDKs for every framework you may need. User support, when rarely needed, has always been excelent. It has a very complete suite of features for user reengagement campaigns and templates to get you started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the technical documentation is outdated, and their off-the-shelve plans can be somewhat limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal makes sending push notifications as easy as pie for the marketing team, while being easy and quick to implement from the technical side as well.
Superb product offering
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I can manage the entire marketing and transactional messages of the busioness. Email, push, SMS all in one place is the best thing that ever happened to us as a business. Easy integration and Implementation with support for 3rd party players. It only took a few moment to activate my account by contacting support which is the fastest I have seen in a while.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't noticed a dislike so far. Eveything has been working the way we want it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the problem OneSignal is solving is to make Customer Engagements available to everyone. One can follow through customers journey through out their entire life span and engage them with every option available and this is very helpful to us. We don't have to look elsewhere for any solution.
Impressing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Onesignal is really affordable with free options and the performances are really high. It's really to use for beginners. I started using it a year with no experience and I'm really satisfied

They should add more tutorials on how to integrate it using other languages like Kivy

Onesignal help me track my users engagement and keep them engaged by sending push notifications without any hassle.
