Easy dashboard and a team which is very supportive as a family member!

a login authentication, and sometimes a server stack when redirecting to dashboard

I solve here uncategorized users to active, inactive, or something like users by their session time which help my company to identify primary and active users to inactive users

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly i love the best part of OneSignal is its free for all those emerging startups i have been finding a way for push notifications but than ChatGPT helped me figure out the best for startups like i started it's very easy to get started like just add a specific code into your website its ready to show Do you wanna subscribe i thought i would have to redesign it like honestly the popup matched perfectly with my site. Thanks to OneSignal
What do you dislike about the product?
Amm as of me i am really new as i am alone working on my startup i know there will be many future enterprenours who will be using OneSignal and for that i can say the downside of using OneSignal or idk about other similar platforms but i think there should be feature of like if they Ignore the popup like any user on the site than they wont see the popup again at least OneSignal should ask about like ok dont want to see popup ok will show you after a month or like after some months or like show them the a specific button like Advantages of Accepting offer like they will see the last time there was a huge discount on certain product this will let customers understand ok subscribing to this site is absolutely worth it as i wont miss any latest offers or updates still i am using OneSignal if there something i feel should be shared i will surely share Thank you.

OneSignal is solving important problem or Retention of customers all those who once used our site can be called back with some offers and maintaining the overall flow and traffic of the website.
I recommend for its easy setup, solid delivery, and great support for targeting & automation.

What I like best about OneSignal is how seamlessly it integrates with my existing Android stack—MVVM, Hilt, and coroutines—while offering powerful features like advanced targeting, automation, and real-time delivery insights with minimal setup.

What I dislike about OneSignal is its occasional dependency on external services like Firebase for Android delivery, which can introduce reliability concerns. Also, while powerful, some advanced features are locked behind the paid tier, limiting flexibility on the free plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal solves the complexity of implementing and managing push notifications across platforms. It handles delivery, targeting, scheduling, and analytics in one place. This saves me time, reduces boilerplate code, and lets me focus more on building app features, not infrastructure.

We had to do a bit of manual work to get everything working perfectly with iOS’s permission handling.

It's helped us increase user retention, especially for time-sensitive features like event reminders and app updates.

What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal is extremely easy to integrate with Flutter and provides powerful features for sending push notifications across Android and iOS. The dashboard is user-friendly, and scheduling or targeting specific users is very intuitive. It's also great that they support both mobile and web notifications in one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the documentation is not fully updated with the latest SDK versions, especially for Flutter developers. Also, customizing notifications deeply requires more advanced knowledge. The free tier is generous, but for large-scale usage, the pricing can get a bit high for small startups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal helps me send push notifications to mobile users easily without building a custom notification system from scratch. It solves the problem of engaging users, sending alerts (like prayer times in my Islamic app), and notifying users about new updates or content. It also saves a lot of development time and effort.
Easy and Useful
What do you like best about the product?
The UI, API Documentation, variety of SDK's, and features of One Signal are everything I need to create better conversation with viewers of all applications I develop.

Nothing to dislike, but I am looking forward to in-app messaging API
