Excellent tool for user engagement
What do you like best about the product?
Useful features that enhance user engagement such as journeys through multiple channels including Push Notifications, Email,SMS etc. The availability of AB tests and automated features also allow for more data-driven insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unsubscribe counts are not accurate. The count is not live as a push notification would have to be sent twice in order for a user to be counted as unsubscribed.

The thing we like most to use OneSignal is that is easy to setup and generate value to the marketing objectives.

The limited account control is something that bother's me, but not a deal breaker. Could be improved.

Whenever I have questions or face challenges, the support team is exceptionally responsive and attentive. Additionally, the system is designed in a way that allows my technical team to effortlessly implement the required integrations.

I would appreciate more detailed information regarding the contents and functionalities of the packages. Additionally, it would be beneficial to maximize the utility of the service within the constraints of the allocated budget.

Their recent pricing structure update. Their new membership tier has had impacts on our customers who had to reduce the number of tags they could use or upgrade to a more expensive plan.

I like OneSignal because it is east to add , scalable and affordable.Also it supports differant features like Segmentation, Personalization & Analytics & Support.

Only one thing i dislike about OneSignal.most of time it register same device multipletime with differant playerID.
that leads to false info in our Analytics.it should work like if same device's id added ols should remove or update it.

The API documentation is user-friendly & rich with numerous helpful videos and samples for clarity.

API documentation is consistent in terms of style and structure, the inclusion of helpful videos and samples enhances the learning experience and facilitates faster implementation of the API.
