It's very simple to implement and offers many useful functions for staying in touch with its users

Sometimes, in the free plan, it is not so easy to create statistics on the results. But it is obvious, since it is free

subscriber-based pricing, so there is a need to clean subscriber data in order to control the overchargers.

What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal is a reliable communications provider for our app. Without its push notifications, our estimating and messaging system would not function adequately.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult for the marketing team to set up and use. They are required to depend on IT and Development to set up and vet the integration which slows down the process—expecially for promotional use items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal is our main solution for estimate and message notifications. We are tapping into further to leverage this functionality for reminders, promtional messages and more.

What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal provides multi-platform support which was one of the main features that convinced us to use this platform for push notifications. OneSignal is also easy to use and provides real-time analytics. The feature set it exactly what we need to provide our customers with engaging and informative push notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
OneSignal does not really have any downsides for our company's use case. However, if OneSignal does not provide a feature you require, there are plenty of other options available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal solves the problem of managing multiple platform push notification integration. We spend less time setting it up and managing it that we would if we were to integrate with each push platform individually.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and quick to implement. Also, for web push notifications, it is very user-friendly since the user can opt out with just one click. The segments are also useful and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
For e-mails and a couple of other resources, I find the prices a bit high. For push notifications, I believe it's fair for what it offers.
I'd like to have more integrations as well.

It's an easy and quick way to send push notifications to users.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing in OneSignal is the ability to manage an entire portfolio of mobile apps all in one place - either interacting through the web portal or by leveraging the API.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about OneSignal is the lack of integrations that are available, specifically with Shopify. It would be great to be able to attribute push revenue like other platforms do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal allows our team to keep app retention high and users engaged with the various brands that are represented in our app portfolio. It allows us to build trust and return customers to the experience.
