OneSignal is one of the most crucial tools for our business model, which is 'Uber for trucks'. In an industry that traditionally operates very manually, where drivers park their vehicles in freight markets to find cargo, OneSignal enables us to notify users of the nearest and most immediate loads without them even having to open the app. In this rapidly evolving and highly competitive sector, not only are we making it easier for drivers, but with the help of OneSignal, we are also changing a long-standing habit.

While onesignal offers many features. It may be more user-friendly for non-tech teams. In addition it may be more flexible for user segmentation and journey creation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onesignal allows to communicate with users with segmentized and customized communication channels. We have many segmentations for our both B2B and B2C customers and onesignal helps to communicate with them easily.

What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal has an easy-to-use interface and a very reliable service when it comes to sending push notifications to your users. I would definitely recommend OneSignal to anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the latest 5.0 Android SDK, there was a crash that impacted 5% of my userbase and that was really frustrating. Luckily, I reacted quickly and release a new version in the same day.

It increases engagement and retention. Push notifications are really important for your app.

It's difficult for the marketing team to set up and use. They are required to depend on IT and Development to set up and vet the integration which slows down the process—expecially for promotional use items.
