A strenght to my audience OKRs

What do you like best about the product?
I find the tool very simple to use, I learned it quickly, and I know it has many features (although I haven't fully explored them yet). The growth of our audience on OneSignal has been meteoric, and is an excellent channel to spread information quickly and uncomplicatedly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, it does not offer the possibility of audience segmentation for sites developed in AMP technology, such as ours. This isn't good because part of our interest in having the web push service was to be able to talk to the audience in segments. Another thing that I miss is graphs of open rate evolution, for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Web pushes help us build an audience that is qualified and interested in what we have to communicate. This is very good because when Google notices that a lot of people are reading a certain content, it understands that it may be relevant to a larger number of people, and ends up promoting it. With this, we generate a positive spin so that more people find what we produce.

Great to tailor the experience of outbound visitors

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very dynamic. We've been able to very quickly set up dozens of custom sequences for users coming from different ads. Usually, tailoring message sequences used to take us a while to do, but with Onesignal, we were able to design a few different sequences and duplicate them with a few tweaks to deliver ads audiences more personalized touches
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing glaring comes to mind, but the customer service is pretty poor most of the time. Thankfully we haven't had to resort to them much but they usually took quite a while to get back when we needed them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our messaging/notification sequences were the same for inbound and outbound audiences which meant that we couldn't get the most out of visitors coming from ads as their experience wasn't tailored to them. Onesignal was great in that regard as we were able to very easily set up new handling sequences with different SMS, emails, and notifications than the ones we use for inbound. After swithcing over, we saw an increase of between 5% - 20% in actions taken by some of our ads audiences which doesn't seem like much but it absolutely launched our ads efforts.

the ability to design the allow push popup is limited

Reaching customers who didnt register with email, or customer who less interact with our email campaigns

What do you like best about the product?
I found it to be easy to set up and use. It is built for all business sizes and is super friendly to understand and implement. I discovered that it is one of the famous push notification tools in the market. With the help of OneSignal, I can send and receive push notifications. It is highly cost-effective for overall marketing and plays a major role in bringing users to websites. I was impressed with its feature-loaded tool with user segmentation, A/B testing of push notifications, intelligent delivery, etc. Ultimately it helps optimize efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Here are some of the disadvantages of OneSignal: Limited customization, limited analytics, limited targeting options and limited automation. This can be a disadvantage for businesses that want to create unique notifications that stand out from the competition and track the success of their campaigns and make improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal provides a Unity SDK, REST API, and a dashboard for Unity developers to deliver effective mobile push etc which I needed for my apps. It solved my problems in a cost effective manner.

Targeted Notifications helping us deliver news more efficiently

What do you like best about the product?
I found it to be a really helpful tool for optimizing our news distribution process. The platform's capacity to notify our readers specifically is its strongest feature. We can divide up our audience into different groups based on factors like geography, language, device kind, and more, allowing us to provide our readers with tailored content. Again, it's analytical dashboard is a plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
OneSignal does not support in-app notifications in higher Android versions, which is one part of it that I don't like. Direct notice sending to users of our app would be a terrific feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal has provided our company with numerous solutions to problems. First off, by encouraging users to return to our website with customized notifications, it has assisted us in growing our website traffic. Second, by delivering our readers content that is tailored to their interests. The metrics, such as the amount of time spent on the site and the number of pages viewed each session, have also improved.
we can now interact with them more successfully and smoothly.

What do you like best about the product?
The existing SDK, it's very easy to integrate within your projects, send and receive notifications it a needed feature today and OneSignal makes it easy to do!

I think you could improve your SDK documentation, sometimes it seems to be outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending push notifications to platforms like Web, Android and iOS.

What do you like best about the product?
It is user friendly when creating the message and campaign.

Not being able to opt out of messaging and it not user friendly in creating the campaing list.

OneSignal makes it easy for us to send out mass text messages to segments or our customers to communitcate upcoming events.

What do you like best about the product?
You can get set up quite fast and I find the UI very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's going to change soon but I found the playerID approach quite confusing at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are currently working on the user model beta testing. I think this will be a game-changer.
