From Push Expo to OneSignal is a dream
What do you like best about the product?
Moving from Expo Push environment to Onesignal was the best idea we had lately: everything is smooth, simple but extremely powerful. Perfect for a business solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
By now, I did not find a minus. I could be more precise once tried the next tier
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of doing all custom, Onesignal provides a perfect all in one solution to send push notifications to react native applications.
Easy to use and well documented
What do you like best about the product?
How the instructions make sense and make it easy to enable features
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a gap between the free tier and the next one. I would be nice to have either a little more on the free tier, or a larger alottment of emails on the next one, or a lower priced tier between the 2.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding, and periodic email notifications for education of users.
Powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Interactive, easy-to-use, clear documentation. These 3 elements sum-up our experience with OneSignal. It's a very effective way to communicate with your client-base whichever channel option you desire (Push notification, In-app message, SMS, Email). Overall OneSignal enables an automated and precise way of communication. Frictionless and smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
We're early stage users, and so far our experience is very pleasant. However 2 things i would look into: 1) Attaching videos on in-app messages (not limited to pics and gifs) and 2) not being forced to save the files on the web (URL) rather than support attachments that are locally saved. Not an IT expert, but probably there's security and functionality contraints for both.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating activities. Information is key especially when a new products enters the market. Users need to be trained, educated and this is a timely-demanding process that requires resourcses. Early-stage companies cannot afford additional manpower. OneSignal has returned most of the time spent on using it back to us. A lot of value.
It is very good and helpful
What do you like best about the product?
I use it for my new chat application and it works perfectly, even if the app isn't open
What do you dislike about the product?
Onesignal doesn't have any downsides for me personally, but i think the integration process is too long
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal solves the issue of using native JS notifications which is unreliable
OneSignal, the best all-in-one solution for notifications.
What do you like best about the product?
Everything in a single place, with a single integration. You just need to build a client in your server and that's it, you have email, push notifications, everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think OneSignal is pretty great over all, but I would like to see a way to push multiple notifications to multiple users but different messages per users, in a single request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplicity on the implementation. Having everything we need in a single place.
OneSignal's simplicity and efficiency is the best.
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of using the SDK and all the integration support with several platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support for JAVA API client library is not the best, it also requires for the dev to manage the repo from where to use the library.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically the user re-engagement. We send notifications as reminders or to indicate some important new feature.
its verry easy to use and well worked for gaine subscribers more

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is easy to use, and good customer support
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't use Onesignal enough to experience something that i don't like
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
segmentations and right messages to our customers at the right time
Efficient and convenient!
What do you like best about the product?
Operating is very convenient and supports a lot. The templates are highly customizable. The functionality is powerful and nice. The API is rich and the interface is smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Java SDK has very limited support for platform messages, and you can only use request REST to handle message content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Convenient
Nice comprehensive messaging, fantastic support
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using it primarily for email and push notifications, but are dabbling in txt messages. It was very easy to integrate into our code base, and they provide an amazing product for free while you don't have much usage. I love that I will be able to handle email, in-app, push, and sms all under one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they specialize in a much more complicated use case, which is automated followup with customers over time over many channels. We're just using it for simple account notifications and signups. Because of this, a lot of the structure related to grouping users ("audiences" and "segments"), subscriptions for those users, is a little confusing. The idea of a subscription doesn't make sense for our needs, and that's a fundamental concept in their platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifying messaging across multiple channels. I don't have to integrate multiple different APIs, and can track analytics easily across all these channels.
