Outstanding Experience with mobile push notication

What do you like best about the product?
- This is an all-in-one solution for sending notifications across different platforms.
- I uses push mobile push notificaiton, Webpush and in-app messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using OneSignal for many years, primarily for push notifications. While they have kept push notifications free, there is now a limitation on the number of tags you can use. Over the years, this limit has been reduced to just two tags, whereas it used to be higher. If you decide to switch to a paid plan, OneSignal is more expensive for push notifications compared to some competitors. For example, Firebase FCM offers free push notifications for both Android and iOS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The user interface makes it easier to send and track notifications. The dashboard is well-designed and displays useful analytics, such as live active users and click rates. Additionally, the REST API support is reliable, which allows us to send notifications from the server side effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy ut us ti setup and send push notifications with onesignal. The dashboard is simple the delivery is fast and it helps keep audience engaged with time updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see an analytics dashboard that offers more in-depth insights, as well as greater flexibility in designing messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onesignal allows me to reach my audience and customers by delivering instant updates and offers straight to their devices. This not only saves me time but also boosts engagement, making sure my visitors return without the need for manual follow-ups.

Effortless Customer Communication Management with Seamless Integration

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to manage all customer communications from a single platform/dashboard. This saves time and ensures a consistent brand experience across all channels, not forgetting to mention the customer support examples that were given which even the CEO was able to create campaigns, proving the ease of integration and implementation. Showcasing also the ease of use for the of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, based on the explanations and examples provided, I couldn't find any issues worth mentioning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't personally used OneSignal yet, but after attending the event in London yesterday, I could see how seamless it is to manage omnichannel messaging within a single platform. It seems to make creating consistent and coherent brand messaging across all channels much easier. Not forgetting to message the data driven optimisation ( one of the examples given that if a person was at a specific event, it could give real live data personalised to the end user interactions)

What do you like best about the product?
I loved the ability of OneSignal to drive personalized customer engagement through targeted push notifications and in-app messaging. The platform's capacity for segmenting customer targeting across different platforms sounded very intriguing, offering a more personalized experience. This can greatly aid with segmentation, A/B testing, and overall personalization, backed by data, which ultimately could enhance retention rates, conversion rates, and the overall customer experience. Additionally, I appreciated the SMS marketing feature that allows the consumer to remain within the SMS environment when interacting with content, avoiding the annoying redirection to a website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm unsure about certain aspects since I haven't started using OneSignal actively. However, I am curious about how OneSignal might incorporate AI-driven targeting. This feature is becoming increasingly important and popular, especially within the fashion industry, which we are part of. Additional capabilities in this area could enhance personalization and make OneSignal more appealing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find OneSignal could enhance personalized customer engagement through targeted push notifications and in-app messaging, aiding segmentation and A/B testing. This could improve retention, conversion, and overall customer experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the multifaceted ways you can use onesignal. The ability to send inapp messages push notifications emails etc ensures customers can be targeted in a preferential way
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be difficult to use due to the need to make dynamic text perfect for it to populate email templates sometimes looking at code and not seeing the issue is challenging and time consuming
It would also be good to be able to attach PDF documents through OneSignal as this would be useful for our b2b team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onesignal is a useful tool that allows us to send emails and notifications. This is crucial to marketing and OneSignal solves problems and has a lot of data

What do you like best about the product?
It's ease and the multiple direction of options to use for the different advertising options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many options, not enough direct direction on which one to use for the type of app/business I have - more direct suggestion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of marketing information going out. Excited to see the different RCS Business messaging that I will try soon to implement.

It's fast and easy to use. I send notifications concerning promotions and offers and it's with no doubt the best I have came across

At first I thought the site loaded sluggishly but I figured that it was my network . I really like the system

What do you like best about the product?
Onesignal make it super easy to send push notifiction and reach user instantly. The setup is quick and the dashbaord is very user friendly. It supports web, Mobile and Email Marketing in one place. It also features automation, audience segmentation and real time analytics to help engage users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Onesignal runs smoothly delivery notififation on time, So that it works as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me send instant updates about newly launched tests / package, Offers and deals notification to user's and visitors. It keeps customer informed, Increases repeat visit and saves time by automating communication instead of spending huge on marketing.
