Great was to send Push notifications with support of Notification History
What do you like best about the product?
Notification History is something you may need to get content for Notifications screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to install SDK though SwiftPM. In order to get m1 support you need to find some workarounds.

We run a lot of campaign with our customers on a regular basis, so for marketing purpose OneSignal is very helpful.

Great push notification and engagement platform that is easy to use with many customizable options, and powerful features for sending targeted messages to our mobile app users. We used their real-time analytics and reporting, A/B testing capabilities, and robust API to integrate with our system. These features make it a highly valued tool for improving user engagement and retention.

The marketing automation features are limited and restrictive, as time-based segments are not supported.

Sometimes the support took a little longer to respond. However, once replied it has been spot on.

OneSignal is Best Push Notification Plugin
What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal is very easy to plugin and configure. We use the OneSignal push notification service for our web and mobile apps. We quickly integrate it with our application and manage it according to our choice to Send/Recieve Massage.
What do you dislike about the product?
We did not experience any diffclties in OneSignal. It works very smoothly. It solved a big problem for us. I recommend people use it for their push notification service, especially those with the extensive application.

It solved our end-user notification/interaction problem. Using it, we can easily send users notifications and take their responses.

The notifications from the tool help keep the brand in the user's mind and allow them to access the site only when content of their interest is posted.

It is recommended that there be the possibility of customization regarding the colors, shapes, positioning, and text of the buttons, with an increase in the number of available characters.

It contributed to user retention on the site, as it was previously difficult to keep them engaged solely through specific content. The notifications were effective in increasing the number of return visits, attracting back users who were previously dissatisfied or inattentive.

I need to apply more functions in order to be able to get more notes. Very good work by the developers.

I would need more examples with flutter for some things.

The problem of notifications using FCM, OneSignal seems to me more powerful and easier to apply.

What do you like best about the product?
Their support assistance and documentation was clear and direct. They answered my questions with the exact answer and steps I needed. Xinjuan in particular was really helpful. She gave timely responses and followed up to see if we were able to solve our problem. This is what chat based support should look like. Also, their documentation is straight forward; even a non technical person can follow and implement it.

Nothing. I don't have anything negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal is a great platform to help connect my mobile app users to custom notifications. We use these notifications to drive engagement with our app and let them know when events they want to see in our app are available.
We use onesignal as the deep-link tool and it was really fast to integrate!
What do you like best about the product?
The integration was easy, and the console to test it helped our team to validate the integration without any problems.

I'd like to see more customization options in terms of the native OS notifications per platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Push notifications agnostic of the platform, moving the backend logic to which platform to send the notification is something we were looking for
