Pretty robust platform!
What do you like best about the product?
I like hos it makes the process of automating messages and oush notificatioan a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be more aethetically pleasing with more tutorials on how to use it for a non techie.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving the complicated process of notifying customers through push notifications. We use it on our app and its flawless!

OneSignal offers a user friendly interface for sending and mointoring notifications with ease which saves alot of time and the API provision is another useful thing OneSignal provides. the use of an API from onesignal also makes sending of notication easier forexample in mobile Apps a notifiaction form using OneSignal API can be used by many users to send notifications regularly without visiting OneSignal dashboard

The API setup is kinda difficult for begginners making it hard to use OneSignal API

For now, I don't see any disadvantage; I can evaluate as I use it more, but I don't think there will be any disadvantage.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool is very user-friendly and offers great customizatin options and it's so easy-to-use to push notifications to your users on your website or on your mobile app. i used it on different websited and it was so solid experince. i enjoied every time i sent messages to my users. the push-notification feature is realy useful for websites with high traffic or many users/sessions. I installed it in a way so they could subscribe to the service even if they are not signed in to my website for visitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is something i dislike about this powerful tool! for now i use it for free and yet i didn't see any issue but i hope in future it doesn't get very very restreicted-features for free users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i used to use it on my university student-guider website and it is so powerful to bring your users back to your website by notifying them about news and updates. before i know that product i didn't know how to get in touch with my users like in real-time! it's a life save not just a software.

Great for Mobile Apps Notifications
What do you like best about the product?
I used OneSignal many times and it's one of the best ways to generate Android and IOS Apps Notifications. Which increases your connection between your apps and users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the small icon (bill icon) of the mobile app notification will be better to be changed from one signal by uploading it through one signal account instead of doing that through the Mobile App Projects

Reconnecting useres with my Apps through the push notification when creating offers, new features, new products, etc

We have two mobile apps, one with OneSignal for notifications and in-app messages, and another app with a custom solution designed by the developer.
I cannot tell you how frustrating it is to have no interface to send impromptu notifications to the app without OneSignal. Also, I have not way to send in-app messages, it all requires custom code.
One Signal makes life so much easier and I'm more productive and can get urgent marketing notifications out easily. In fact, the marketing manager can do it, it does not require IT staff.
Save yourself time and money by using OneSignal.
