Great support experience for creating custom notifications and audiences

What do you like best about the product?
Their support assistance and documentation was clear and direct. They answered my questions with the exact answer and steps I needed. Xinjuan in particular was really helpful. She gave timely responses and followed up to see if we were able to solve our problem. This is what chat based support should look like. Also, their documentation is straight forward; even a non technical person can follow and implement it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I don't have anything negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal is a great platform to help connect my mobile app users to custom notifications. We use these notifications to drive engagement with our app and let them know when events they want to see in our app are available.

We use onesignal as the deep-link tool and it was really fast to integrate!

What do you like best about the product?
The integration was easy, and the console to test it helped our team to validate the integration without any problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see more customization options in terms of the native OS notifications per platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Push notifications agnostic of the platform, moving the backend logic to which platform to send the notification is something we were looking for

What do you like best about the product?
Mots impeccable and very stable for it's versatility with instant communication.
Much more wonderful with it's instant notifications for very large number of clients.
Terrific and intuitive user interface.

It's much more monumental software with sending large number of notifications.

The clients have complemented it alot to send large notifications at instant.
Mobile app is super easy too use and very friendly.
Their super responsive customer service.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of the use of the app. It is very user friendly and allows connection between staff and the families. It is programmable and helps to share time bound communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently have no downsides or issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal is solving the need to have multiple apps. It also helps my school build relationships between families and partnerships between teachers and families.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used many messaging tools, mainly for push notifications. OneSignal provides messaging and enagaing solutions. The targeting option is handy for us to send notifications/messages to a larger audience. We can integrate third-party tools as well
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs to add more tutorials to understand implementation. It has limited tags to add, and you need to pay extra to get more tags. I didn't find a way to back up my data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us to send notification to our store agents about products and different kinds of reports. Send push notifications about new products or changes in pricing.

I like Jorney. That is a good feature. I can control workflow

I don't like Chat Support. Because I don't get what I need when I contact with the support team.

I can send it multiple time to an email. That is a good benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
A platform we have been using for our small and medium-sized projects for 5 years and have always been satisfied with. It is both easy to develop and easy to use, allowing us to solve many of our UI issues and obtain numerous metrics. Whenever we contacted support, we always communicated quickly and with a solution-oriented approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was no aspect we didn't like, we just wished it provided more statistics, for example, it should include the statistics of the Brave browser as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves all our mobile and desktop notification needs.
