What do you like best about the product?
A platform we have been using for our small and medium-sized projects for 5 years and have always been satisfied with. It is both easy to develop and easy to use, allowing us to solve many of our UI issues and obtain numerous metrics. Whenever we contacted support, we always communicated quickly and with a solution-oriented approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was no aspect we didn't like, we just wished it provided more statistics, for example, it should include the statistics of the Brave browser as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves all our mobile and desktop notification needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease customer messaging by enhancing web and mobile push notifications with just a click.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile application on my iOS doesn't allocate all capabilities available on cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enables us to retain customers by creating a bond through push notifications, SMS and in app-messaging.

What do you like best about the product?
It offers templates for different scenarios, and you can also create many push notifications or emails by simply clicking things. I like how easy it is, and it really helps if you want to get more subscribers to your blog.
What do you dislike about the product?
They can add more prompt types or templates for websites. I find my website builder; however, they can partner with more website builders or create a plug-in for their plug-in markets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can show notifications on my website after some time passes when people visit. There are other plug-ins for my website builder, but they offer limited features.

What do you like best about the product?
The facility in the use of the platform. It is easy to me to use and configure all my messages to my subscribers. Easy to choose my platform and use it to target my clients
What do you dislike about the product?
The Free Plan isnt right. It need to be more helpful to us. It is not contain many marketing elements to help me doing my great job. It will me better if they can do a better job there
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Target my customers, and provide the right message to the right person at the right time to help him take an action in my website. i have improved my sales . GREAT

What do you like best about the product?
Xinjuan was very helpful in answering all of my questions, and helping to trouhbleshoot my experience with the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Had to wait a little while, but it's ok because my needs were not pressing. Texting over their website was very convenient and I received an email for each update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had some issues using Brave vs Chrome on their website, but I know how hard it can be to support many browsers. The customer service staff helped me a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
The Simplicity of the webpage and its features. It's very intuitive and doesn't need a lot of explanation. After sending pop-up notifications to my App users I got extra and live insights about active and not active users, which I couldn't track without OneSignal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't really encounter a downside to using OneSignal. But there was something that I had noticed, which has been fixed by the way, and that is the links were too long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me get more Insights about my App users, for example, how they interact with my App when I send them pop-up notifications. I then know more about their interests. I could optimize my Ads revenue a bit.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer service and support is incredible, and documentation is pretty strong
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot of complexity to leveraging OneSignal across apps and websites, and it took us quite awhile to figure out how to get it to work for us
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal does a great job at giving us a communication and engagement tool across all of our digital touchpoints, and makes it so we're not managing several different systems

What do you like best about the product?
This tool helps us to send push messages, customized messages and mails to our end customers or our potentials that helps to make our visibility in the ecosystem and also track the performance of any campaign or activity we launch or activate. The templates provided are good to go with. Also, the teach team is available when needed and this can get integrated with other 3 party tools like we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It becomes difficult for us if we drill and dive down to a particular push notification or a message that we want to analyze. The search button does not help us to reach to that particular notification but at the same time you get to see an independent page for each notification highlighting about the performance and metrics achieved by it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a tool in place that can help us to record and measure our user traction and we could evaluate it for our next business decisions. It also helped us to send push notifications or schedule them for the different campaigns we launched and floated across and the kind of response we received for it. It helped us to reach a much broader section of the society.

An effective user messaging tool

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to create push notifications in the platform and schedule them to be released. It is also effective for creating messages for breaking news to drive users to our site and app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding a specific push notification that was sent can be a bit of a pain, as there does not seem to be a search function or a way to filter by date. However, each notification has its own page to track performance, so we save the link to that page for any that we need to track long-term.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal helps us to drive traffic to specific breaking news articles and to prompt users to download our app. This is increasing our user retention and engagement across all of our properties.
