ease of use, good APIs, good SDKs, innovative Solution

Some stability issues when migrating to Europe, in the beginning the fact that US based only (GDPR issues)

Push is an important way of gathering customers, the system was quick from the idea to the production

One Signal: Should you consider it for your Push Notification need

What do you like best about the product?
One Signal is a well-known tool in the space of push notification services. The smooth onboarding and 15-minute setup are best compared to other options. I like the simplicity of the Real-time reporting dashboard, which is clutter free and easy to understand for new users. Other options as A/B Testing, Audience Segmentation and Automated Messaging, are also good.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I feel is lacking is a feature to remove inactive & duplicate subscribers. This one feature is much needed to keep it clean. Another thing which is demerit is the pricing. Once you scale the pricing would feel at a higher side as compare to the other options in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used One Signal to push out notifications from our website to visitors. It helped us send notifications about our new posts, offers and updates to our segmented users as per our strategy. The real-time tracking of the delivery of push notifications helped us make better decisions which helped us in increasing our ROI.

What do you like best about the product?
Which helped us alot with improving our revenue with such a big margin.
We are able to monitor our campaign and see audience insights to improve on it.

Nothing I can think of. When I wanted to understand why a user needs to subscribe several times they pointed out the Q&As section and feature I needed

What do you like best about the product?
It is a simple way to add push notifications to your apps without code editions. It is perfect because this way keeps our developers focused on their activities, and other members make some adjustments.
OneSignal doesn't have extended documentation, but it is efficient. Its customer service is helpful when I need explanations because it is fast and consistent.
It's perfect for recovery information and shows me organized and precise statistics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel a little show the dashboard. Ir reloads every time, and it could be frustrating. It needs optimization, but it should be straightforward. I know it is not my connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal's push notifications help retain audiences. It would help if you create a solid marketing strategy and use OneSignal to sed announcements when something relevant happens.
We frequently use its email messging to have contct with customers. They feel very comfortable with this method, and we receive more answers than ever.
Now, we have improved our relationship with our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
It is free of charge. Not the main reason for purchasing digital products, but I recognize that OneSignal is excellent for being free. It tells me a lot about the effort the creators put into making their program work.
The customer service is fantastic. It responds quickly, even if it's a small team.
Centralizing all notifications is a good decision to save work for OneSignal customers.
Also, it is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any problems with OneSignal since I've used it, and I don't think it will happen. However, I want customer service preference because I am paying customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I create applications that can be integrated with OneSignal. Our customers are happy because they can manage all their application notifications from one intuitive software.
With the company, we use the software to improve our audience retention. Thus, we have been able to get customers to request improvements or make more recommendations to their acquauntances.
The work has increased along with the benefits.
