What do you like best about the product?
The best features of OneSignal it's web push notification and mobile push notification . It helped us to reach out to be more audience.

Improvement is needed on the integration feature.

OneSignal helped us to overcome several problems which were faced earlier, like we were not able to send multiple notifications on single time,but after using OneSignal, we were able to achieve this.

One signal is easy to use and messages can be customised easily. I can send emojis and smileys and also set time to my messages to be delivered.

performance tracking can be made better, rest it is quite good.

one signal is very useful when it comes to sending customized messages to the users. Cost convenient and easy to implement in your project

Before using OneSignal we faced lots of struggles and we spent our investment on buying different things from different vendors to reach our audience. But OneSignal is the complete package where we got everything in a capsule. Because of OneSignal we were able to send the push notifications for both mobile users and web based users as well. To analyze the customer statistics OneSignal gives the real time report.

The advantage of OneSignal, it can work in any browsers without any interruption. The features of OneSignal is simply great especially the In-App messaging feature is literally awesome.

Improvement is needed on the Integration feature, as the feature is already in place, but the documentation is a little complex for the new users.

We needed real-time reports to analyze the audience response, will be able to get that on OneSignal. The push notification is helping the organization to get more audience with simple effort. The user interface is simple and too easy for the new users. With the help of OneSignal, we were able to automate/schedule the delivery.

We are using OneSignal mainly to send pushes. We also create groups of users to send pushes exactly to some groups. Very cool!

Very powerful tool! My advice is to compare what you are using in the current moment with OneSignal and only after that make choice.

Able to send instant notification without any interruption and it is highly cost effective .The support provided by OneSignal to the customer is great. It is reducing the manual effort.
