the push notification configuration is straightforward to implement.

Maybe is very low when searching in the documentation.

The Free plan is honestly very good : It helped a lot cause i can't actually afford to pay due to the ongoing war in my country , So finfding a service that can be used for free yet so powerfull is just amazing

What do you dislike about the product?
The only down side i faced was with documentation
The documentation is really great but there is some sections that are not up to date with some pacakges , I faced this problem when using it with flutter , i was trying to set up event handling when tapping on notification,The code snippet in the website wasn't Working (outdated) , but reading throught the package documentation and the devs answers on github i was able to solve the problem.
Otherwise my experiance with it was just perfect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing Notification is no brainer and One signal just make so easy , Using it to provide valueable info to our users such as News , offers , promotions , It helped a lot in Keep our users active and updated ,and made the user experiance just way better.
Also the insights Provided (No of subscobers , time spent , notification sent,...etc) helped us in measuring how well our app is doing

What do you like best about the product?
Using onesignal is simple. The subscription pop up works accurately. Hence, I was able to convert few of my website visitors into subscribers. I'm just on the free package, however, it's delivery of notifications is fast and reliable. Thank you onesignal for your service.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I've not encounter any challenges yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It make it easy to convert visitors into subscribers and keep them updated on our activities. Thus, we're able to build a strong community of committed people.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that the system is easy to operate, user-friendly, and that support provides quick and patient assistance. The data collection and reporting are clear, and it's very easy to create customer journeys within the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
for now - i dont have any now - but maybe in the future

The system provides me with a holistic customer management solution, as all communications—both push notifications and emails—are centralized in one platform. This allows for synchronized and well-coordinated customer journeys.

What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal enables me sends thousands of emails per months to my subscribers for free, using the free plan without paying any cent. It also give analytics for each and every email sent.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far everyhing is perfect, and happy with it.

What do you like best about the product?
What strikes me most is the ease of integration and abundance of functionality. In just five minutes of work you get access to segmenting your users and the ability to send push notifications, emails and even SMS!!
In addition, I am very pleased with the affordable price and individual approach!
What do you dislike about the product?
Its nothing, lol! This is the most useful system I ever seen and used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solved the problem with notifying users about the release of new versions of the application, as well as returning users to using the application
