What do you like best about the product?
The outside of one signal will be able to send multi notifications at a time. The interface of one signal is too good.

The little improvement needed on documentation and specifications

We are trying to reach out to more audience, after one signal came in to action wr can able to make it. In app messaging service you to attain more customers

What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal is a great platform to send notifications through one dashboard. It has the most incredible speed to send information, and information can be sent to multiple users by our admin team. Push notification is excellent. It has good customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the page takes a little longer to load. It has only English language support. Some more features are also needed to include. Other than that, there are no issues and nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has the benefits of getting user analytics and feedback. Sending notifications to our clients and our organization's internal team has been streamlined and fully automated. It is excellent in broadening our market reach.

One signal is easy to use and messages can be customised easily. I can send emojis and smileys and also set time to my messages to be delivered.

Before using OneSignal we faced lots of struggles and we spent our investment on buying different things from different vendors to reach our audience. But OneSignal is the complete package where we got everything in a capsule. Because of OneSignal we were able to send the push notifications for both mobile users and web based users as well. To analyze the customer statistics OneSignal gives the real time report.
