Good tool for starter, good for profesionals and demanding users
What do you like best about the product?
For our small team, thing we like the most about onesignal is ease of use, no doubt. It simply does not waste your time
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, nothing comes to mind to point out as a major disadvantage
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its really hard to imagine to reach users and website visitors without onesignal and push notification campaigns. Its true that email is also effective, good copy and everything, but push notifications are the most effective in our case. no doubt.

If one thing has to be the association with One signal, that would be definitely easy setup.

How to have anything to dislike with such lovely features?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After testing a few push notification tools, mostly on free plan, it is quite obviouds that one signal offers the best dashboard, most intuitive setup, simple and powerful setup tools.

I can plan little moments for users like a morning tip, a reminder later in the week, or a message when they haven’t opened the app in a while...
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything I’ve needed so far has worked smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now I can build small interaction moments with users over time, and it makes the app feel more alive. Engagement and retention have improved naturally without needing complicated systems.
Amazing service but recently verification of accounts is hard and customer support is not responding

Onesignal is solid, robust and perfect, giving you all your flowers

Customer service not responding to email, same as the bot especially in regards to account verification

What I like most about OneSignal is its simplicity of integration with mobile applications. The dashboard is clear, the statistics are useful for analyzing user engagement, and the management of notification campaigns is very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like less is that some advanced features are only available in the paid plans. But I understand why.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal solves the problem of sending real-time push notifications. Thanks to this tool, I can quickly communicate with the users of my application. I use it in my forum and it allows me to send statistics notifications to users.
ITS really unbeliveable how easy it is to setup everything and schedule ur first campaign

Time from signing up to scheduling first campaign is super short that is really for respect.

Since we are on free plan,nothing to complaing about

Regardless if trying to reach users with push notifications or email, its very intuitive and super simple to start,even for users that are not used to such things.
I needed push and email notifications and it was super easy and seamless

The API integration, I like that they have multiple sdks but the API gives you so much control over what you want to do

None really, asides from the fact I still needed a firebase app to push notifications for android. Its not really an issue but I think it would be even more awesome if I didn't need to do that

The problem of being able to reach my app users easily through their mail
One Signal free plan is amazing, does exactly what it should.

Easyness, simplicity, intuitiveness. And very good dashboard.

At this stage, nothing in particular. One signal has benefited me a lot.
