The Best Push Notification Solution I've Found for Mobile Apps

What do you like best about the product?
What impressed me most is the dashboard. It's clean, intuitive, and gives you everything you need at a glance. Creating segments, scheduling notifications, and tracking delivery rates feels effortless. No unnecessary complexity, no confusing menus buried three levels deep.

The documentation deserves special mention. Every integration scenario I encountered was covered with clear examples. When I needed to implement deep linking and notification handlers, the guides walked me through it step by step.

The real-time analytics help you understand what's working. Open rates, delivery stats, and user engagement data are all presented in a way that actually makes sense.

If you're building a mobile app and need reliable push notifications without the headache, OneSignal delivers exactly what it promises. Simple integration, powerful features, and an interface that respects your time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing for now. Everything works fine as I can see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The cross-platform complexity was a major headache before OneSignal. In addition, user segmentation is another problem it addresses beautifully. I can target specific user groups based on behavior, preferences, or custom tags without building complex backend logic myself. This means more relevant notifications and better engagement rates.

The analytics gap is also solved. I now have clear visibility into which notifications drive action and which fall flat, allowing me to iterate and improve my messaging strategy based on real data rather than guesswork.

What do you like best about the product?
The biggest win for me was seeing inactive users come back. A simple reminder notification does more than I expected. The setup was straightforward, and the interface doesn’t get in the way

What do you like best about the product?
Notifications go out when they should, targeting works as expected, and I rarely need to double-check anything. That kind of reliability is underrated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t run into anything frustrating yet. For my current needs, it does the job well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It removes the uncertainty around reaching users. Instead of wondering whether messages are delivered or mistimed, I can focus on what to say rather than how to send it.

What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal's documentation is among the best I have ever encountered. The user experience is elegant, up to date, and vast while remaining easy to find the answers you're looking for. The journey is succinct and logical thus keeping information overload and questions to a minimum. As a developer, the API documentation is by far the best I have ever used. The cohesiveness between user docs, developer docs, and the product itself is seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more features provided with the free plan, especially in the Message Personalization area. This would make it better to build feature rich working demos for clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My client has a set amount of donors that is decreasing with time, yet their website's traffic does not reflect this. We are in the process of expanding the OneSignal features that we leverage, however, utilizing OneSignal's push notifications and custom programming, we are able to reverse this negative trend.
