What do you like best about the product?
One signal easy to use aid is very amaizing.
And also, their easy integration makes it feasible for everyone to work with.

Everything on Onesignal works fine and i'm okay with that.

With the help of Onesignal, I and my organizational have been able to easily integrate push notifications and in app messages to all our users across various platforms.

As an organisation or individual who would like to connect to your users worldwide across your various platform apps, I recommend you to use Onesignal
Very good! Despite some Errors occured from time to time, like 502, 504..

One Signal is helping us, when we're facing a fall of clicks. Our site became known to more people
Being a media to engage users this is the best thing ever that has happened to us.

We use the web-push the most. The upside is that we are a news media company. And can send breaking news alerts and developing stories to users to stay ahead of what is happening in our country.

We dislike the pricing. It's a bit confusing.

99% of our visits are from mobile users. With a click of a button they are subscribed to the webpush platform. By pushing out important and developing events we have increased our user base to our website

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up and integrate with website. Allows for various segments targeting and customized notification delivery for different recipients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Max. 6 segments for Free account. I need to edit my segment every time to send it out to different target users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Was trying to capture potential users in case they did not convert via our PPC campaign. Onesignal allows retargeting to those users.

Quick Setup, Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I am using OneSignal for the last three years to send push notifications. I have tried many other services but in the end, I came back to OneSignal. OneSiganl is very easy and quick to set up and very easy to use.
I personally like its "Intelligent Delivery" option for sending push notifications. I saw a higher click rate when I choose this option.
I also like its 'custom segments' option. By this, I can send personalised notifications (I loved this).
The other thing that I like is availability on almost every platform. OneSignal has wide-range support for example many WordPress AMP plugins have the option to integrate it.

I tested many other serviced and expericed that OneSignal's dashboard is slow as compared to the others. The other dislike for its segment limitation. I only can add only two custom segments(Yes it can be upgraded).

I use OneSignal for sending push notifications to my website users. After installation OneSignal's push notification service on my blog, I grab 5-10% subscriber everyday and I can easily retarget them to come back to my blog.

Simple admin interface. It does not try to solve to many problems.

We had an issue with the flutter library that ultimately led to our app crashing, and we had to drop the library.

The possibility of sending unlimited push notifications for free. Also, the options of segmentation and delivery are pretty great as well.

Pricing. It's extremely pricey especially if you have many users on your account. Most of the data-related features are exclusive for paying accounts too...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engaging and maintaining the retention of my users. However, I can't measure accurately the benefits of it due to the data being available only for paying accounts.
