Simple to use but a complete tool

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and to learn how to do it.
The SDK gives a lot of possibilities for integrations and allows a deep customization in push or in-app notification. We are mainly using it for push notifications, but we will further explore other features
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be more intelligent by showing the performance of the messages. The dashboard should allow more types of date views, like a weeks or custom dates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me sending notifications quickly and analyze the results. We're monitoring our user engagement with our app, and they seem to be more engaged when they receive our communications.

What do you like best about the product?
Although it requires a plain, I have genuinely found that almost every one of my day to day use apps have been sunced with this product and channels all notification through onesignal. Most efficient when you are swamped with unnecessary notifications from fitness trackers apps or such so you can leave only important stuff out like rmails.
What do you dislike about the product?
emails. There was a way to filter out the spam notifications from other semi important content

What do you like best about the product?
Definitely, the Client Experience is the best ever. I have new responsibilities at a new company I started working and they are excellent in answer the weirdest questions I have.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is room for improvement in all that has to do with analytics regarding email marketing campaigns, as well as technical issues to improve the experience for our users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now, we are lauching our first email marketing journey. It is very easy to set the different segments for our emails

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of user, good support, fast reader connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had issues with our logo not rendering correctly on some browsers, notably Safari.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an additional way to keep readers up to date on our breaking news stories. We have a mobile app but wanted a way to push users on desktop browsers to read our content.

It is easy to use, compatible with WordPress but offers a js alternative too

The pricing tiers could use a... rewrite

Push notifications are a very easy way to reach your audience, much quicker than newsletters and it feels like it is interactive

People who visit your site, can subscribe with OneSignal and receive a good looking notification when you post a new article or when you choose to.

What do you like best about the product?
The push notifications can be scheduled across SMS , Mobile, web, email platforms , they are automatically sent and lastly configured so that one will not need to make further configurations.
The segmentation feature is very efficient in that it segments potential pools of clients in the categories you choose like location.
Increases traffic which is great because it pushes brands and then sends notifications in accordance with the trafic.
What do you dislike about the product?
OneSignal has wored well for us so far and there are no dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSigal is helping us engage with our clients on a level that is personal through the push notificatons.
It is helping us push our brands and increase pool of clients through target push notifications.

A Great Notification System

What do you like best about the product?
We only took a few minutes to install the software and started sending visitors push notifications to keep them coming back. It is amazing that it can handle a large volume of user cases with flexibility and reliability and ease of use. I can customize notification delivery and opt-in process for visitors with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a problem with the plugin for WordPress and it became difficult getting technical assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use OneSignal to increase our user engagement on our website. It is one of the best notification systems we have used so far. It targets the audience who are both online and offline which makes it worthy of the value of money we invested in.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It worked perfectly for us. I recommend its use for companies looking forward to reaching out to clients during these festive seasons using push notifications.

What do you like best about the product?
Very effective for sales, it helps you in obtaining more dividends. It is simply a software that must be tested, implemented and taken into account all the benefits that it brings.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it came to implementing it, it was somewhat difficult for us, although at first it seemed simple, but we believe it was due to the mishandling of the information obtained and in turn due to the lack of experience in the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has allowed us to significantly improve sales. Its simple and at the same time powerful method keeps us in direct contact with customers, which keeps them continuously informed of all the characteristics of all the products to be sold.

It does not matter if you are starting a business or are already established, OneSignal will help you to emerge quickly.
Now having a much more enjoyable and reliable relationship with customers, everything is more interactive and we love being able to increase our sales with such a functional method.
