Everything I love in one product… I love the power of OneSignal

What do you like best about the product?
Sales have increased with the OneSognal tool with customer notification functions according to the movements they make on the web, managing to increase sales. It is the perfect tool in the times of Covid19 because it increases web traffic and sends notifications according to said traffic.
What do you dislike about the product?
On one occasion the OneSignal system crashed for a period of thirty minutes, but since now it has not failed and I hope it will not fail again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solve the gaps in our sales and customer contact system. OneSignal is a very profitable solution and it always has good proven results every day in reference to sales and customer contact.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do not think about it any longer because OneSignal is the best to improve sales, I promise you, you will never be disappointed with OneSignal and I think there is no better tool considering the functions and the good price.

What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal is a new tool that allows us to send notifications to our customers quickly. It has a friendly and easy to use interface. It allows us to obtain reports in real time, to monitor our performance. It is very easy to include the library and configure it for android and ios. It offers a very complete documentation that covers almost all the SDK. It integrates seamlessly with other Zapier services. It is considerably easy to integrate it into your mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a wide variety of functions that improve our relationship with customers. So far we have not had problems with this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a platform that provides a wide variety of very useful options for the development of digital marketing for any company. It offers the opportunity to develop a more collaborative work, offering notifications to clients with more dynamic content and achieving direct dialogue. The marketing team can also use the tool as a modern and effective source for developing campaigns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend that you use this very useful platform for the sales and marketing team. It is easy to use and very agile.

Sales issue resolved with OneSignal

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to configure and use, it has many optional shapes that allow our customers to feel satisfied and secure when buying.
Problem solved with sales, which were somewhat down, now we have this strategy that allows us to keep our customers attentive, so we sell more products. This is a great reason to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
If they updated the backward way of the filtering system a bit, everything would be fine. It is the only negative I see, otherwise it has helped us a lot in sales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to improve the way of interpreting our products to our clients in the organization, to obtain better results in our services, improving sales, so we decided on this software, which allows us an optimized performance, since they have increased considerably our sales. Now we have more traffic on our website, we are more visible and therefore we get more and better customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You need sales in your business for money to flow, so maintaining interactivity with customers is very important, so the product will be made known easier. With this tool you will be fantastic. I would not change anything, we have done very well. There are many sales since we are using it.

Fast and easy-to-use interface

What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal has been a fast, reliable way to direct daily traffic to our app and website. Customer support is always very responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
A clearer more detailed way to review and analyze general activity, including the activity of specific segments over time would be very helpful. Also, better filtering options for reviewing sent messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OS's features like: 'collapse id' and 'time to live' has allowed us to direct users to a feed instead of a page, resulting in greater revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. It was very easy for my development team to start working with OneSignal.

What do you like best about the product?
Their platform works well and delivers the data we need for notifications. We use it every day and never have any issues!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit of a complicated website that isn't always intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now send out coupons through push notifications through OneSignal and get more usage than similar emailed offers.

I haven't tried competitors, but OneSignal works perfectly for me!

What do you like best about the product?
This is a platform that allows you to promote mobile insertion messaging, electronic mail, web insertion, among others. You can perform segmentation and thus establish a good connection with the user base, it is easy to program, its interface is clean and organized, created for the ease of writing messages, it also connects with Wordpress for notifications without intervention.
What do you dislike about the product?
our experience has been good and with gratifying results, however, data storage should be improved and separate notifications have to be made for our application and website. This does not mean that it is a bad platform but it can be improved and thus provide optimal performance to each user,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this software to send push notifications through our website and our mobile application, this allows us to create significant traffic at an affordable rate compared to other means. We can segment the audience, its integration with Mautic, Zapier and WordPress is very good and easy to use. the marketing department is responsible for communicating through the dissemination of messages. It is a good choice for us and a good choice for you.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We recommend this software so that your company is responsible for sending push notifications about new content, promotions, special offers among others, so that any user who enters your page is interested in the products you offer, this is excellent to boost the social media traffic. You do not have to make complete configurations to make automatic notifications, in a very short time you can achieve that everything is fully integrated and workd.

Easy & efficient tool for desktop notifications

What do you like best about the product?
Timely notifications to readers. We used OneSignal to alert subscribers every time we had a new blog post. We also used it frequently during the beginning stages of the COVID-19 pandemic. This was extremely useful to share important information regarding event cancellations, event updates, COVID-19 updates. Once most live events had been canceled, we started using OneSignal as a way to broadcast our content about online/virtual events. This was incredibly important as well given the events industry was hit hard.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not run into any issues with OneSignal while using it for desktop notifications. We did not use OneSignal for mobile notifications, so I cannot speak to that either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pushing traffic to landing pages with high conversion rates.
Pushing traffic to landing pages with lower conversion rates after implementing optimizations.

While upgrading it is definitely worth it, the free plan has a plethora of options.

OneSignal is good, but it has some minor security issues, which I wish to be fixed

What do you like best about the product?
Simple UI and integration, Also ability to send email next to push notifications
What do you dislike about the product?
My users can send push notifications without my permission, using my account. It's a security issue and I've shared it with OneSignal support but they think it's not an issue. AppId and UserId is publicly available in browser console and everyone can get it. In api there is no secretToken check when sending notification using appId and userId.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use OneSignal as a notification micro service for my game. Main benefit is that we saved developer hours by not re-implementing same functionality
