Affordable plans for a good service
What do you like best about the product?
The easiness of setting it up and the instructions provided by onesignal

Good and widely used product for web notifications
What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal is a very good product to use for web notifications with support of many browsers.
What do you dislike about the product?
One time it was stopped working without any notice.

We are using for web notifications for title as well for our project.
Free & Easy To Use Push Notification Service
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about OneSignal is it's completely FREE! At the moment I have around 20.000 subscribers on all of my websites. Moreover, OneSignal is easy to install (just download the plugin and install on my Wordpress websites). The interface is user-friendly, I did not got any issues when configure the plugin. What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that I'm not most satisfied with OneSignal is the Wordpress plugin. For example when I need to push notification of our posts to subscribers, but before doing that, I want to customize the message content and title, and the plugin did not give me an option to do that.
The conversion rate of our messages is also not too good if compare with another services.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After searching for some push notification services, I tried with OneSignal, although it has a few drawbacks, but it's free and still meets my needs, so I still use it for all of my websites at the moment. It is very useful when used to grab the attention of your website's customers into your new blog posts or products or services. It also help me to save a lot of time, because create and schedule a campaign is very simple and quick.

In my opinion, OneSignal is useful for people who have websites and do not want complicated setups to send push notifications. It took just some minutes to get everything set up and running. Another important thing is that it's completely free, really suitable for small business and websites.

Responses to support questions are answered quickly and thoroughly. We were migrating to a new platform on our side and OneSignal helped us maintain our list of subscribers across platforms.

No dislikes that we can think of! We haven't experienced any negative "hiccups" using OneSignal.

Using web push notifications, we're able to contact users quickly -- this has increased our engagement and allowed us to better maintain our relationship with our subscribers.

What do you like best about the product?
What we like best is the easy of use, campaing builder and reporting tools are just great. It's really a great tool. And it was really easy to implemente (we are using it over a wordpress installation and it rocks!)
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe I would like to identify subscriber a bit more easier, but I understand that it's very difficult to get and provide more detailed information from them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically, we found it amazing to communicate in real time and in a very effective way, all the new content that we are publishing on the website. No other tool will give as such and amazing result.

OneSignal provides a single UI and API to deliver messages across iOS, Android, Amazon Fire, Windows Phone, Chrome Apps, Amazon Alexa, Safari, Chrome Web, and Firefox. This is easy to use and enables a faster services in the system and it helps to finish the work faster. I Would recommend this product for a faster and secure process of doing the projects and saves lots of time for us to finish other projects and enables us to be productive and always get a feedback and also helps to improve the skills

I don't have dislikes on this product and this is easy to use. it has advance functionality and free services provide a better solution to all the issues related to your system in your work place. This also gives a faster services to your documentation and easy to get it done . I did not come across any kind of dislikes of this product and continue to use this because this this real life saver in the work place and projects that we do and also prepare in the long process of getting done in a timely manner. so everyone should try this product.

-Maybe the install is kind tricky is you dont have any experience with code or install. But overall is one of the best service i use.
-OneSignal 503s quite often sometimes push notifications fail, although these issues have happened less and less over time.

It is an easy to use push notification service that integrates with wordpress and with good analysis of messages sent/clicked and follow up action taken by receiver along with a few other stats. It also allows to send manual notifications and segmentation of users of this service

although the product is reasonably well documented, it is sometimes tricky to install and get started especially for those that come without any coding experience.

ability to send push notifications to users of mobile apps used within business for productivity purposes - mass reach on a mobile device versus voicemail/email

It is free, and the best notification app I have found. OneSignal provides marketing tools including A/B testing, segment targeting.

We wanted our users let know about our latest products, offer information .etc. After lots of research, we opted for Onesignal, this had worked really well for us.
