It is simple to use, can handle sending out a large quantity of messages, and can also be used to analyze the status of the messages.

Once in a while a push notification will fail. Although it does not happen often.

It is keeping a company presence to customers. It keeps customers aware of current and upcoming promotions and product awareness.

It is easy to a user he is a beginner to this type of software. It can get technical the more you get into it. It handles all different platforms. It is a perfect communication tool for companies.

OneSignal's dashboard and API supports easy-to-use features including segmentation, A/B testing, scheduling, and analytics.

The initial install is kind of tough if you do not have any coding experience. The customer service has been average but still has been responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to support push notifications for our business updates and ongoing information sets. The OneSignal platfrom made this very simple and we have been extremely happy with this high quality service.

Simple and great features and remarkable plugin. Using this plugin for a couple of rock band websites. Works superbly, easy to set up and helping to grow the fanbases.

OneSignal Platform is very well design to make all stages comprehensive. It allows to send push notifications in a clear manner - for all types of knowledge levels. All for free.

I would prefer OneSignal to work on implementing more integrations with other platforms. Nowadays, it is all about automation

What do you like best about the product?
Integrating OneSignal into your mobile app and server calls is extremely easy thanks to their API documentation and SDKs. Their dashboard UI is great too and can help you debug messages being delivered or failing. They are free (but share your data with vendors) or you can pay a fee to not have the data shared.
What do you dislike about the product?
OneSignal 503s quite often sometimes push notifications fail, although these issues have happened less and less over time. Dont have a 24/7 Support

Push notification for web sites.

A push notification service for free! There's no greater benefit than zero cost to consumer!

Benefits: It gives you complete control of your environment. It allows you to push to specific user/group & to all. You can track your subscribers browser wise. You can also schedule push messaging & email, and OneSignal will make sure to send it at stipulated time.
